I'll do the installation within a few days. As the LED strip is not water proof, I'll also have to do some water proofing. BTW, EL lights are not yet available here.

Earlier I was willing to make a wooden center-console, but later dropped the idea and did some wooden insert in the existing console.
The gear knob will be replaced later with some custom one.
The cup/bottle holder is fully covered as I do not use it for keeping any bottle.
Also fitted the Multi color LED strips (these will be connected to the under-dash lights).

Few updates:
Earlier the wiper arms were black in color
Colored them to white using white NC paint and brush.
I didn't remove the wipers from the car so used newspaper and masking tape.
The dickey area was primered only
So applied a single coat of white paint
one more coat will be applied today.
The rear quarter panel grills are also colored in red.
Earlier it was in this pattern
Also purchased material for DIY upholstery. (Door panels and seat cover)
3*6 ft thick foam sheet for Rs 400 and 3*6 thin foam sheet for Rs 70
Red velvet cloth 3 mtr for Rs 270
Back side of cloth (can be easily glued to foam or hard board)
Black velvet cloth 1 mtr for Rs 120
Can be easily glued.
Also bought upholstery glue 250ml for Rs 70
The upholstery work is a bit postponed.

Good. Those white wipers seems to be good. would like to see from front side of the car [full picture].
Looks good, but why have you could have left the wiper blades black.
You could have used spray cans instead of using brush.

Yes, I could have bought spray cans but I had some left over NC paint which my neighbor bought for some touch-up of scratches.

Door Pads work completed

But finalized this

Now there are 6 instead of 3 LEDs
The door handle and window roller handle will be painted in black soon.
I had thoroughly cleaned inside the doors using a vacuum cleaner. Few traces of rust were found which were sanded and covered with primer and paint.
Sound Dampening has been done using old truck tubes and rubber based glue. All the window and door mechanism was checked and greased.

Simply Great! is the only word i could choose for work you have done to your car. Hats off to you. I too plan to do some modification to my M800, type 2. you and of course the Great Master 'Varun' are the real source of inspiration for all of us.
