Back from first free service of my cute devil :)

1. This is my first vehicle servicing experience with Ford and i must say i am impressed. Looks like my dealer is trying hard to take care of their customers.
2. The service advisor was a nice person. After completing the service he was repeatedly telling me "Sir, drive the car for 4 - 5 days and if you find any fault immediately call me. We will set it right"
3. One thing I really appreciate is in my dealers workshop customers are allowed to look at their cars while servicing is going on.
4. Now my car interior plastic panels feel tighter.
5. All the controls have become smoother.
6. All the doors closing and opening have become soft.
7. Even though this was a general checkup, the engine feels smoother than before. I am really surprised.
Overall I am satisfied with the quality of work done on my car. Hope they will maintain the same quality of work in future.
