I meant those i.e X-Treme Visions or Osram Nightbreakers. They're similar in light output and price.
On a bad note my dealer told they are ok with Phillips brand and same wattage 55/60 W even though ford provides OSRAM as OEM [Original equipment manufacturer] Bulb they are not accepting OSRAM [evil] or any other brand bulb for upgrade....Check your luck with your dealer it may works

Back from first free service of my cute devil :)

Feedback on First Service:

Service Cost: 0

1. This is my first vehicle servicing experience with Ford and i must say i am impressed. Looks like my dealer is trying hard to take care of their customers.
2. The service advisor was a nice person. After completing the service he was repeatedly telling me "Sir, drive the car for 4 - 5 days and if you find any fault immediately call me. We will set it right"
3. One thing I really appreciate is in my dealers workshop customers are allowed to look at their cars while servicing is going on.
4. Now my car interior plastic panels feel tighter.
5. All the controls have become smoother.
6. All the doors closing and opening have become soft.
7. Even though this was a general checkup, the engine feels smoother than before. I am really surprised.
Overall I am satisfied with the quality of work done on my car. Hope they will maintain the same quality of work in future.

Exactly DJD, Even I felf the performance getting better after the first service. Also, the AC performance got better!
You will be getting a mail soon from ford asking you to record your experience regarding this service and an official call from Delhi corporate office that will be recorded.

same here buddy. AC is better now [:)] . already got a call from my local dealer regarding the service feedback. they told me i will receive mail from ford. really enjoying the every bit of my car [:D]

If that is the case, then it seems like Ford seems to be working on some issues reported by customers! I have heard that they have started giving better headlamps in Ecosports being produced now based on customer feedback.

Maybe they have worked on the panels based on customer feedback as well. :)

Hi D.J.D. Have a look at the steering controls i have attached. Do we have this in our Trend version? Can we pick up a call by pressing this button in the steering.

no buddy in trend version we can't pick a call from steering control. You will have to press the button in the dash board [sad]

Hey venkat and DJD. We can very well attend and disconnect calls through the buttons in the steering, browse through songs in trend.

Thats great!! I will have to try it out. by the way please let me know how you are playing songs from your USB thumb drive. My previous Pioneer player in Santro was a lot easier. I was able to play songs folder by folder very easily.

In Ecosport now I am not able to play folder wise and again I cannot jump or navigate through folders easily.

You can navigate the folders by pressing the menu button on the dash board. Just press the menu button repeatedly till the navigate USB (i forgot the exact term) option appears in the small screen. Just press ok and you can select the folders [:)]

Just keep pressing the menu button till you get 'all songs' menu and then click ok :)
