I have a question regarding tyre pressure. As per FORD recommendation the Tyre pressure should be maintained as 30 PSI (both front and rear Tyre) while carrying 3 - 4 adults and luggage in the boot and the same is to be maintained as 35/40 PSI (front/rear) while carrying 4-5 adults with luggage in the boot. So guys are you changing the tyre pressure as per the load on the car?

you are right buddy. somehow i could manage on the 4 lane highway. but on single lane state roads it was a nightmare to me

I have just purchased Philips Xtreme vision bulbs today. Yet to install. The guys in the shop tell me it is really good and there will be great difference. Have to check.

Its really easy to install by urself. Give it a try. Refer the manual & take care of the position how you remove & fix in the same position

yes easy to do it, but dont touch the glass part of the bulb

once I tried 33 psi. But while driving alone I felt lil bit of bumpiness. I think 31 to 32 psi will be enough for 4 adults and one kid.

Regarding headlamps I am also planning to get those philips bulbs

hi vicky 30 PSI is perfect for 3 - 4 adults. But if you see the sticker at the bottom of the B pillar (driver side) it says 35/40 PSI (front/rear) for 4 - 5 adults with luggage.

Ya have noted it but when 4-5 adults come in the car, its not mostly planned ;)

yes i know actually my sister and brother in laws are coming during next week. So i will have to go to chennai to pick them from railway station. Total 4 adults including me and lots of luggage. Also my in laws are healthy people so i am wondering whether to increase the tyre pressure or not during that trip.

Actually not just your sister and brother in law are comming, you know even am comming there, as part of my ecosport's first long trip.

So increase preasure to 35 or 36 at least,
And better inflat and fill nitrogen

Wow when are you coming to chennai? Most probably i will reach chennai on 15th night.

Am comming to trichy by 11th while onthe way to thanjavur to pick my father in law and mother in law for the trip to palani and the place where indian road ends
