Nope. This device don't give beep sound while reversing.

I've installed reverse horn separately for that purpose.

Umm..[thinking] I don't remember exact figure but it costed merely 100/150 bucks or so, not so expensive, although it was some cheap Chinese item and not branded one.

But it serves the requisite purpose perfectly.

Recent Highway drive update:

Had an awesome highway drive last weekend of 393 Kms.

Tallboy performance was more than as per last reputation after 40K Kms service.

It's like tallboy was thanking/complementing me all the way for nourishment of 40K Kms service.

Got FE 19.52 by Tankfull to Tankfull method by measuring at same fuel bunk & same fuel dispenser with auto cut-off method.

Tall Boy not so happy:

Due to some reason, Tall Boy who used to be a King of his own Empire (read Parking Porch), is now lying on the roadside with all abuse like scratches from road-side commuters & peeing on tires by stray dogs.

But this is only time being buddy (My Tall Boy), will get you out of this menace.

What happened!!
It is real bad to have dogs pee on the tires. If you can please cover her up. Use MGA as it is breathing type. Gives at least some protection.
I too have another issue, my neighbour chopped off some trees which were giving my porch excellent cover in the afternoon from the sun.
So now my car too is having a bad time, because the sun is too harsh.

My Beloved Tallboy getting much awaited professional Spa aka nourishment treatment, even in Monsoon where Tallboy is getting all kind off abuse from rain n other stuff.

Tallboy got showered by cement particles randomly spread all over because of nearby apartment construction activities and cat n mouse play by rain brought cement to its curing stage.

It was hard to remove cement only by pressure wash, hence the detailing process happened.

1. Shampoo washed Tallboy with pressure wash at professional service station.

2. Socked outer body with diesel.

3. After half an hour, professional guys removed/rubbed away each n every cement particle from body. It took almost 4 hours.

4. Buffing n rubbing with Multani mitti kind of thing socked in water with rubbing rotator.

5. Waxed & polished.

Pardon me guys for picture quality as clicked through mobile in hosh posh moment as it was a starting of a rain.

Update:

As mentioned earlier, I had a very bad experience from Maruti ASS from last service.

So as an impact, I didn't continued my AMC with Maruti ASS.

Last service was done in December 2014 and now since monsoon is almost over, I am planning of periodic service for tallboy before going on for long drives in Diwali vacations.

Last service done at 40k kms. Now tallboy crossed only upto 45k kms this year.

I don't trust MASS at all.

Only for the sake of maintaining my vehicle record in the system, I am thinking of giving a chance once again at MASS.

Any suggestions and pointers friends ?[thinking]

I would like to know that with so much less kms driven, is there any chance of damage to engine,gearbox or any other component of the car? I really liked the rear spoiler and planning to install one on my waggy also. It enhances the look of the vehicle to a great extend. Would like to know about the cost of the spoiler.

Could you please share month & year of manufacturing of the vehicle?

I have 1 year old Grey Waggy completed just 4500 KM :)
I think there is no harm in technical parts of car.

45K KM Service Update:

So even after being in to the dilemma whether to go for FNG or MASS, finally end up today by going for latter again (MASS).

This time I went for another MASS than for which earlier I used to.

Total damage to pocket 5446 INR.

Below are the details & cost for the work done today.

Even i got ParkPro PPP-1500 BT installed in my car. Need information on couple of things
1. Even the car ignition is on, i have to power on the mirror manually to connect phone to bluetooth. Otherswise phone is not able to connect and make/receive calls. Is that the case with you as well or my wiring guy has messed it up.
2. There is lag in the rear view to show up. Is this common.
