Got a call from FIAT SR, FIAT have reduced the discount on Punto MJD from 10k to 5k - virtual increase in price

Only Fiat Punto Petrol has huge reduction in ex-showroom. MJD is still at the same level.

Petrol Active starts at 3.63 lakhs.

Not only Aria, i could see an AD of Mitsubishi on TOI, for Outlander 1,00,000 fuel package + Insurance free.
For Montero & Pajero Free Insurance, looks like heat is ON to sell the old stock within this year.

If that's an Anniversary offer it should have been in October, because Aria was launched on 10th or 11th Oct 2010 if i am not wrong.

Anyway they are passing on benefit to customers.

Great to note that Fiat has done something of this sort. Because sales figures are not encouraging at all for a step like this. I guess everyone knows that new or face lift is going to happen next month so no new buyer would plunge right now without good discounts.

Today i visited the showroom for get few of my freebies, I enquired what I saw in TV Ad about the PUNTO price. For Petrol only it's reduces. MJD still the same.

I believe its the Punto Evo that is going to be launched in India soon. The interior design & quality of this model is way ahead of the current punto. Looks really upmarket. Whether it can put the sales chart on fire and can pose a serious competition to i20 will have to wait & watch [thinking]
