so it means after 1000kms i can go upto 2,500 rpm right? currently capping at 2000rpm and do you want to see my car pics[confused]
Yes, you can. But don't do it all of a sudden even after 1000KM. Gradually increase the revving rate.

I meant you may write an ownership review of your car, with some pictures so we all can see and know more about your ride and your ownership experience. [:)]

no its not normal mine is same as it was on delivery might need an adjustment
Mr.Tushar
In your swift there is better play distance?
I mean- When Pedal is released partially the vehicle moves a bit wihout stalling and fully released and throttle input is given vehicle moves at a higher power.

Mine is- When released fully either the vehicle stalls,if throttle feed is given correctly the vehicle doesn't stall.

it will stall if you dont release the clutch slowly its petrol and yes play distance is same as it was on first day.if your play is less then get it adjusted

i still dont understand how to disconnect?
Please watch this video!. Make sure you are disconnecting negative terminal only.
(As you may already know, any contact of positive terminal with car body will cause short circuit and major electrical failures.)

i already know about positive so i will not touch it.how does it cause short circuit? and i have to open from left side to disengage negative right?

Guys don't worry, removing either of terminal will cut the circuit, no need to worry, just in a case of practice we remove negative .
If you are replacing the battery the thumb rule is Negative terminal should be disconnected first and while connecting back it should be the last to connect. There is a reason for this, if you remove the positive first the wrench you are using may make contact with car body, or else it may get ground through your body in some cases. This will result in a massive short circuit and frying of equipments.

@tusharbhai Sorry if we confused you, don't think too much and remove the negative terminal (black cap or no cap) from any side. Watch that video, it will help.

@Stingray: Do you really think the fellow members don't know disconnecting either of the terminals will cut the circuit!.

Please check battery terminals are secure and having good contact, with no loss contacts,

you replace alternator for what reason?

Odo light fluctuating means loose connection beside the instrument console.

Even this may lead to abs light ,
Mostly that light glows if ecu finds any problem in airbag electronics.
Please take to service as soon as possible ,drive safe
