i purchased from spectra but went to vitesse thinking they give better service. as i write my car charging unit is gone bad again. for this i had gone to spectra thane from where i had purchased my ertiga.
i have realised all dealers are the same. its luck if you get a good car.
so far i tried fortpoint thane (1st service), vittesse (2nd service) and spectra (original purchase vendor).
can you pls share your experience with Vitesse

Finally I found someone whose BIG TIME DISAPPOINTMENT is same as me. I don't know if there is any way we can make the ride quality better. I have seen most of the users are from South India and they have no complaints about ride quality. I assume better roads can be the reason.
I also bought the car from VITESSE mumbai but unfortunately my experience was horrible with them. Overall I feel Vitesse is not much different than other dealers.

I stay in Mulund and Vitesse is too far for me to visit. But just because my fried said its a good dealer I decided to take chance. I never visited the showroom until the delivery date. We I requested test drive after Ertiga launch, executive bought the test drive car to my home. When I decided to book it for all formalities he used to come home only.
The car was not ready on delivery date and the executive was not aware about this till we reached the showroom.
The I realized he screwed up my request for wooden finish interiors. He just painted the parts on their own instead of providing MGA parts.
I had to fight for 2 days to get MGA parts but he also painted some additional parts like dashboard etc which MGA do not cover. So I decided to keep them. In the end it was a profit for me but again with headache.
Car had lot of stains while taking delivery and some of them were too hard to remove, even with diesel. We had to use rubbing compound to remove them.
I visited Service station near Siddhivinayk Temple and again the quality of service was average. The car was not cleaned properly, maybe because it was a free service.

how much period did you have to wait for your ertiga? i too have booked in popular but angamaly branch since 5 months but still waiting. btw which colour did you buy? and did you fit any MGA accessories? do post details and pictures ! congrats

I booked in April 2012.Colour Dusky Brown.MGA accessories-Floor mats,body side molding,
door sil plates,parking reverse sensor(without camera) , door glass visor &fuel tank cap sticker(petrol).
Took delivery on 12th October late evening.A surgery was planned for me on 17th October.
Still taking rest at home.Will be able to drive from next week.I shall write my experience
after I drive.

Got my seat covers done from Autoform .this is prnalrily done for mercs / BMs but i felt they wd look good on The ertiga. came to 9.5 K with steering stiching.
As for the graphic I grabbed it from the dealer .he had ordered for his own white ertiga
I have also asked them to paint the MGA side stips white for me . shd have them by this week.

Could you please also post the costs of each accessory or mod etc. so that we have a better idea of what to expect to pay. It will be helpful.
