If we take delivery of the car in August 2013 then what should be the ideal date of manufacturing? Is May month manufacturing fine? We went to stock year and dealer honestly said its May 2013 manufacturing.

Hey Varun I was searching for this strips long time finaly found it a accessories shop near my house. It cost me 100rs per meter. It realy gives a different kind of look.

Hi kalinga welcome to TAI. Congrats on your new LUV. What colour is your LUV? Chrome handles are adhesive type they are 3M taped. Tyre pressure should be around 32psi in cold conditions

Chrome handle will cost rs 450 ask for Galio brand which has better finish

Search in ebay using keyword "Chrome Door Handle Latch Cover For Maruti Suzuki Ertiga With 2 Key Holes". Price is Rs. 435. After ordering send the sellor email that they should ship neat and clean without any scratch. You can see in my car in link below.

What i have got is adhesive tape on it. You can see images of my white ertiga on page No. 109 of this post.

One of the main benefit of having Ertiga is you need not buy Root top tent for camping purpose as ertiga last two rows can be folded. Once we fold two rows It becomes very good cabin better than roof top tent which will cost minimum 1 lakh rupees. So Ertiga Owners need not Buy roof top tent as much better option is available inside ertiga with more safety and comfort.

How mush did it cost you to paint the Grills and fog cover? I am planning to do that

Grills and fog cover painting was part of the package Ertiga feliz edition which i took. I dont know exact figure but around 2K to 3K it may work out.

My Average FE of Ertiga after 767 Km 300 Highway and 467 Bangalore city traffic is 12 KM per liter.
I have driven 95 plus percent unto 2000 RPM and speed 80km per hour max. Is this a sign of worry. My over all driving experience is good. I dont keep my leg on clutch only for the purpose of changing gear i use clutch. I follow all rule book of driving. Still so less FE. But one thing is important is Bangalore traffic bumper to bumper.
First service is done on 734 Km. Two days back i went to Mysore around 400 Km and as per fuel meter reading i can make out it might have given 17 plus, after refilling i will come to know the exact figure. Mostly Bangalore traffic is the culprit. I will update after tank full may be tomorrow. FE is with AC on all the time.

Another problem i have found in my ertiga is in Sunny mid day when temperature is high AC does not cool much, i have checked even after 40 minute of driving i was sweating and ac was put to Max. It was cooling but not chilling cool. But in evening hours AC was very powerful and we need to put on Minimum 1. So what could be the problem. Is this common in ertiga please update if anyone is facing similar problem.
I am afraid in summer session when temperature is 40 plus degree what will happen.

Don't worry on FE now it takes Upto 2500kms to get the engine set to your driving conditions . Whenever your car is kept in open sun your car takes a while to cool. At such conditions use rear ac also because the cabin space is big you must flush out the hot air by rolling down your windows for few seconds. I live in Chennai which would be hot oven during summer I don't find an ac issue.
