Definitely, but you see it wasnt very difficult. As I said, the bumper damage was not much different from the way an average mineral water bottle can be crushed inside. The bumper was just partially detached on the left side and firm pressure from inside by hand pushed it outward again. A couple of screws were needed to fix it then, as the clips were broken.

Saved me a whole lot of money and trouble though .

Added a couple of LED lights as experiment. The leds are wired to the parking lights hence they will be on as well. But not complaining. led.jpg

It actually appears like that in the picture taken by mobile cam, but in reality it isnt that bright and doesn't project beyond a couple of feet. Its a Led strip, not led headlight.I will post a few better shots. My Celerio is Vxi.

OK, cool. I guess then it cannot replace fog lamps?
By the way, do you recommend fog lamps? Does it assist in night driving or can it be used in difficult weather like rain or mist as well?

The fog lamps are an absolute must in my opinion. They provide the following advantages [:D]
1. Better view of the road along with low beam at night , particularly on single roads where you dont want to use the high beam due to oncoming traffic.
2. Makes your car more visible to oncoming vehicles during fog or rain.
3. Life saver , if headlights suddenly stop working.
4. Improves looks, rather than having empty "slots" on your bumper.

LED fog lamps are also available , which you can use as DRL i guess.

I am in the market for AMT car. Is seems Tiago is a best option considering available AMTs in the market. From different forums I understand that getting Tiago in Tier-II cities is not that easy/ long waiting period expected. So little confused, whether to wait for Tiago (hoping TATA will increase supply of Tiago AMT to all dealers) or to go ahead with Celerio ZXI (O). Can Celerio owners suggest its highway performance and how much confidence inspiring at around 100 kmph. Advice from seniors are welcome!

Well I have the manual version not AMT. I have driven extensively on highways. Very stable . Cruises effortlessly around 90-100 mark. Decent braking and cornering. Above 110 becomes a bit jittery. Anyways I dont prefer to go beyond 80-90 as I feel it isnt safe on Indian roads.
F.e ~17.5-19 kmpl on highway with ac. The max I have got is 21.5 without ac.

Thank you for your response [clap]. Happy to know that Celerio is very stable on highways. I agree that above 70 kmph is not safe on India roads [:)].

Bought this new Glistening Grey Maruti Suzuki Celerio VXI AMT on 1st March, 2017. So far so good. Just had distorted sound coming from the driver door speaker (MGA speaker) and got it checked and repaired. Odometer reading is now at 3750 km and average fuel mileage is shown as 19.3 kmpl by MID.

Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the Celerio owners club. [:)] I completed the 40k service and now odo is showing almost 42k kilometres. It is a very practical and fuel efficient hatch and my ownership experience has been almost hassle free. And AMT will reduce strain on the driver in city traffic. I am sure you will enjoy a lot with your car. Keep us posted about your ownership experience.

What tyre pressure our fellow Celerio owners suggest? The manufacturer specified is 36 psi for front tyres and 33 for rear tyres. I found them to be high and bouncy, and with such high psi, i am skeptical about it during the summer days now. So i keep 34 psi in front and 32 at rear. What is followed by fellow celerio owners?

Well said.

However, The so called "LED Fogs" do not have proper fog pattern. They can be used as DRL as best. The best option is go for OEM fogs as they work as second low beams.
