Hi,

I have booked Baleno Delta which i am expecting to be delivered by next month.
So i was doing some research and needs suggestion from experts on this site.

I am looking update some exterior like Chrome door handles and Chrome door linings.
Also thinking to replace alloy wheels, but question is it worth to spend 20 k on it or not ?

I have checked with Nexa people and i guess they are not providing Chrome door handles and Chrome door linings as part of accessories yet. So any suggestion where i can get it done in Pune ? along with pros n cons of it.

Also in Sound System what kind of modification needs to be done to make sound system really feel good than what is provided by default.

Could any one please suggest on above will be really appreciated.

No specific idea about chrome handles but you can get them installed outside. Find a good accessories shop to do it.


Regarding alloy wheels, usually people change the rims and upsize the tyres. But in the case of the Delta, don't do it. The ride of the Delta trim is much better than the ride of the alloy shod Zeta and Alpha, especially in the rear. The advantage with wheel caps is that once you are bored of the design you can change the caps and will have a refreshed profile at low cost. Plus you don't have to worry about warranty issues with the tyres and suspension later.


With regards to the ICE, the HU and speakers in the Delta are quite OK. Upgrading the HU with aftermarket unit doesn't make sense because fit and finish will be an issue. However, you can think of replacing the speakers. My car has Infinity reference 6502ix in the rear. I didn't replace the fronts because they are pseudo-component speakers and the installer suggested not to mess with it for the time being

you can get chrome handles outside, however make sure to get it done from a good accessory shop, as I have seen a Delta with Chrome handles fitted externally by one of my neighbor and it looks quite awkward. IMO the color handles looks pretty good on Delta. If you can get originals what we have in Zeta and Alpha then its worth.

Alloys are available outside in good price, I have seen lot of Baleno's here with Black alloys, thy look awesome. check for the prices though at different places.

I am content with the HU I have in Zeta, enough base for good listening. as ameyam said, I suggest not to modify as it will change the original set up, which looks quite good. even I had plan to change the HU earlier but now with time I am satisfied and do not want to make any unnecessary changes.

Having a weird issue with the rear passenger side speaker. I was noticing it off and on but yesterday, while cleaning the car, I saw it clearly. The speaker just switches off and then on again on its own. I hade this previously checked by an installer and he didn't find anything wrong with the wiring itself. Any idea what the issue is?

There is an option to Balance sound from Right and left speakers, did you check that ? also while washing the vehicle it may happen, it happened in our swift while washing as the water got inside the speaker and it use to fluctuate.

I have obviously checked the balance. This speaker is installef with a water ring to prevent it getting wet.

Will open it up soon to see. Of nothing is apparent, i will replace the speaker

Hi All,

Happened to see this Baleno today in Bangalore.
It is a delta variant as the door handles and MID are different to the one of Zeta and Alpha.

But the tail lights and front Projectors have been fitted with the stock Alpha ones.

Not sure how he got them and how the wiring for the projectors are done.
Owners other than Alpha variant can check with MASS regarding this.

Pictures below. Couldn't take a frontal picture as i don't want the owner to know that i am taking the pics of his car.

My Car is : Baleno Alpha / Ray Blue / Petrol

I would like to opt for the below accessroies.
Please guide me with the pros & cons

1) Shark Fin Antenna (Let me know any online store to buy this in RayBlue)
2) Side Door Molding

Any information from Suzuki on Android Auto Support in Existing Baleno Alpha Variant? Eagerly waiting for this upgrade? I remember reading that Maruti Suzuki is currently working on it?

Sorry for delayed response.
Its an Anti Glare mirror and not auto-dimming. It will dim the light to certain extent.
RD has dealers all over India, you can get info from their official website.

Auto dimming Mirror with display is available at Aliexpress

I purchased Baleno 3d car mats directly from coozo.
coozo (i placed my order on whatsapp !)
The cost was Rs. 1275 inclusive of delivery from NCR to Mumbai.
If you prepay they ship via fedex and delivery was really quick.
The fit and finish is really nice and i am very happy with my purchase.

I am looking to install a Rear View Camera on my Baleno Zeta. However NEXA only has the option to install the display screen on dashboard (dashcam). I would like to view the display on Auto-Dimming IVRM . NEXA said, if I go with this option they would have to fit a new IVRM and thus i would loose the auto dimming feature.

Does anyone know if the same can be fitted from third party vendors ? it was factory fitted on my Ciaz Zxi and works quite well so I would like to do the same for my Baleno.
