How was the overall experience and the ride? Was the car fully loaded? Did you try moving on bad roads, the reason i asked because many people used to feel uncomfortable in the back seats. 20 to 21 kmpl is too good with AC on.

My seniority number came down to 42 from 51. As per RM there are no much changes in the latest batch except the allow wheel color which comes as gunmetal grey.

. what is your colour option? there are some priority class for your colour options too. In my waiting period my priority number was 42 but my variant and colour priority was at 11, i got delivered as per my variant and colour. so what i felt was that they are giving priority to the variant and colours. Ask your RM in which priority does your car variant and colour are in. (Sorry for such a long reply) bare with me.

Its good that your mother did not feel any discomfort and the car is smooth. Enjoy riding.

BTW, My colour option is Ray blue, second option-premium silver and the variant is Alpha Petrol
I have checked with RM about the current queue and he says that waiting list is coming down as they are getting more vehicles in the lot these days, not sure if i can believe. He said he would update me again when the car gets allocated.

About the queue based on variant and colour priority, i will check with him and get my number. Thanks for the information.

Do you/anyone has idea on the metallic and non-metallic colours? Does all baleno colour options are of metallic type? (Please excuse me if i am talking irrelevant here) One of my collegues in office asked me to go for metallic paint colour as the non-metallic ones tend to fade away so easily and in short span of time.

Now there are no such options. all does come in metallic paint. waiting period will come down soon since they have increased the production of Baleno and vitara.

How is the quality of seat cover..? for me same cover quoted for 6.9k.

I feel it has changed the looks of front and infact it is looking good on Alpha rather than the one what we get from showroom.

Hi Guys,

My Baleno got her first hit that too by an coconut tree [cry]

gave her for Windshield replacement and while getting back there was big shock. it is that the showroom people have mishandled my vehicle and there was a hit in front bumper and the paint has completely peeled off [anger]

. Worst service by Popular Vehicles Body Shop, Virugambakkam, Chennai. Car was given on Thursday for insurance claim and repair and was returned today. i have spoke with the service engineer and as well as with my NEXA dealership sales person, they said they will push from their manager side for the rectification. The Service engineer said he will rectify and give without even any paint difference. thinking how he will do it. [surprise]

fingers crossed lets hope for the best.

This is my first post in TAI. I own a Baleno Zeta Diesel purchased at the end of May 2016. I came across this forum very recently. Guess I would have made a better selection of accessories, if I was a member earlier.
My Baleno:

I want to share a small accessory I have added. Being zeta, my car don't have built in navigation. After extensive search, I stumbled upon a quality accessory to fit tablet into CD slot of Head unit. Now navigation has become very simple + I can use latest google map. That too with offline feature .. :)

Sharing some pics here.

With Tablet (Nexus 7 -2012):

The accessory is from a Korean company Ppyle. Item is Ppyple Universal Car CD Slot Mount for Tablet, Model No:CD-NT, Screen Size 4.0" - 11".

Item cost was around Rs 2000. But, I think it is worth the cost if you have a spare tablet lying in your home. This will be very useful for Zeta and Delta owners. The installation and removal is very simple. It is a direct fit in Baleno CD slot. Also many people will not be using CD slot these days (If anybody uses it, CD can be inside and still functional).

I have many in my car and now a days I started living with it because in cities like Bangalore or hyderabad , if we are scared of scratches we will never be able to drive
