If you notice, there is a pipe going from the box inside the exhaust. So maybe it is to check emission levels. Maybe they are in the process of getting the ARAI certification.
Also, I have read that mahindra dealers across have been informed to send their technicians across for training of the W201.
All this means, the launch is close!

Heard that Raj this car will be BS 5 ready with strict emission norms.
Launch is on Sep 28th as per my interaction with cotech..
He seems to have already got the training on this new car.
And no day light LED's for Indian car, its only for other nations.
Its the 140 HP mHawk engine with all together different compression ratio in the engine.
Its FWD too.

Gear shift is also the cable controlled and not the hydraulic one.
And also got a news that gear shifts are shorter.

i have also heard that mahindra is planning to get special service centres for their utility products or different service area within the dealer service yard to give special treatment to the owners, dont know how much is this true but the source is very reliable.
