AFAIK there was a rumor that M&M is under talk with MM regarding the AMT for Scorpy and XUV.
Yesterday i met my friend who work in mahindra, He confirmed that mahindra has no plans to launch AT version for XUV5OO nor for Scorpio![[cry]](https://www.theautomotiveindia.com/forums/images/smilies/Cry.gif "Cry [cry]")
. Both SUV's are capable enough to get customers on manual transmission gearbox which is quite good compare to competition. They are planning to launch New version of Bolero & small SUV/hatchback ![[clap]](https://www.theautomotiveindia.com/forums/images/smilies/Clap.gif "Clap [clap]")
which will need AT as backup if sales is not up to the mark.

Still I hope mahindra will launch Scorpio AT in July month only which will give good competition to
Hyundai Creta AT.

A Small and Quick Test Drive of Face-Lift Scorpio with 6 Speed AT I did today at Noida Dealer. Apart from transmission, no other changes have been done as I am told.
What I Liked.
* Overall interiors as it was my first time that I sat and drove face-lift Scorpio.
* Voice Command system was really good.
What I disliked.
* The AT gear slotting is bit stiff. Changing gear from D to R or N is slightly tricky due to slotting pattern given. Also from P (Parking) to D (Drive) the slotting is slightly on stiffer side.
* There was no rear view camera. Just the normal reverse sensors with graphic display.

On FB Mahindra just announced new SUV.It was shared by Mahindra Scorpio Authorised profile hence no chance of it is Fake.

Excellent Review, very helpful. I am going to have the beast by next week i.e. (August 2015). I have chosen S4+ Black 7 seater. My problem is that there is no user reviews in the Internet for this varient (S4+). The dealership salesman also don't know the detail features of the car. a)Power windows switch positions, b) eyebrow lights illuminate like s10 or is just a show, c) does the middle row seats fold entirely or only the back rest folds, d) ski racks / spoilar attached or not ? e) Mild off-road drive possible? Like uttrakhand, J&K, himachal Pradesh, etc. Can't effort 4WD due to budget constraints. Hope that S4+ fulfill the desire of mild off-road traveling. Happy independence. Vipul review is fabulous.
