Mahindra Launches Verito Hatchback Named Vibe!

Thank you all! Took delivery of our Vibe this evening. Aqua rush colour is refreshing compared to our other cars are silver or white only.
Drove it till satisfaction with no destination and initial expressions are really good, especially considering my regular drive is Vento.
I will soon start a long-term review and will update periodically about all details to give people an idea of what they are missing in the name of looks.

Today i visited Mahindra showroom at Shimla, and had a look at Vibe. all you can get in it is space. ![[:D]](https://www.theautomotiveindia.com/forums/images/smilies/Big%20Smile.gif "Big Smile [:D]")
nothing more appealing. Dash is still plain (even they have added some plastic finish similer to carbon fibre look) boot is large but mouth of the boot is a bit awkward to use as it will not be easy to load and unload large size bags.
SA told me that waiting period in Shimla will be 30 to 40 days. She offered a TD too but seriously saying i was not interested.
Things i liked:
Alloys. ( refreshed design, and gives a sporty look)
Smoked headlamps.
Spacious cabin. ( one of the best in hatchback)
Three headrest at back seat.
Thinks i disliked:
Dash board design and quality.
No steering mounted controls.( not even in top model)
I dont know why but i did not liked the tail lamps and rear look of the car.
BTW Crazycat congrats for the purchase. Do enjoy with your new ride.

I am waiting for the official test drive report of verito vibe.Vibhor is there any updates about it.
Hey good to see you buddy, congratulations for your new vibe.Yeah the rear design is love it hate it as always with mahindra and then it starts growing on you.Also the boot gets opened only thru its metal frame and not along the glass area.Saw some pictures of it online where even the boot design is given to allow the maximum utilisation of space in there.

I've been busy with work lately. So couldn't get time to write a ownership report. But I've got a FE update, 18.9 kpl based on the full tank method. The driving cycle is identical to Sail Uva, which gives around 16 only.
