If the problem has arisen after the carburettor was 'tuned', then it has 100% to do with wrong 'tuning' of the carb.
Probably he has set the air-fuel screw too lean.
Take your scooter to someone who knows how to 'tune' a carburettor properly.

Kinetic Honda DX/ZX Thread.
Just it doesn't start even after five kicks!!!!!
I think the problem is with some other than carburetor.
It just gave a hint sound of starting at 23rd kick!!!
It don't gave me this sort of problems before these 19 years!!!
Any solution?????????

What all jobs were done on the scooter immediately before it started giving you this starting problem?

If the problem has started immediately after the installation of the bore, then it may have to do with a weak compression (since the bore was already 65000km old). Get a compression test done. If the compression is weak then there is no other way but to go for a new block/piston assembly or a rebore. Do check the piston rings before you go for a new block.

Kinetic Honda DX/ZX Thread.
Oh! when going to the tinker for the silencer removal and cleaning accelerator cable snapped and had a small accident due to rain-skid. now sitting on the bed thinking about my kiney! Recently I gave my kiney to the mechanic for the afr setting. He just drank{not really!) all the petrol present in the tank. Thats why i am really afraid of giving the kiney to the mechanic without my presence. what type of cable I want to buy for the accelerator? is that Honda activa type ? what i should ask for in the spare shop? need replies urgently

Ah! Fixed the accelerator cable. Accelerator cable came to rs.250 and labour rs.150.

Now I want to repair/fix the Speedo and odo meter cable! Don't know how much this thing would cost

This thread is not only limited to our TAI member Sam Dinkar.
anybody having a Kinetic or have experience on Kinetic can pour out their suggestions.
I have seen only Sam replies to my thread. And don't consider that I don't like or want or utilize his replies. Anybody who are having experience with Kinetics can also reply.
And I have also seen some replies fro our TAI member deville_56.

I hear a kreech-kreech sound while accelerating. What may be the problem?
Sometimes when I go over a bump, It gives a whistle sound. I am confused whether it is from the wheels(Tyres) or Rear shock absorbers? I don't think the problem is with tyre because only day before yesterday i reworked on tubes.
Any solution for both these things?

OT: Finished writing Ownership Review of My Splendor and reported to Mods to take it out from Topics-In-Progress and put it in the Ownership Reviews section. EDIT: Ownership Review Alive in Ownership Reviews Section.
Carburettor is going to dis-assembled and cleaned tomorrow.
Exhaust Decarbonisation on coming Saturday.

Carburettor dis-assembled and cleaned, Air filter cleaned with petrol and Spark Plug Cleaned on top. Going to change the Spark Plug BOSCH make for Rs.60

All these things costed only Rs.100 and it was done while I was standing and holding the scooter straight
(Doesn't have a center stand)
Finally found a very very CHEAP and GOOD mechanic!
Tomorrow giving the scooter for exhaust de-carbonisation(Tomorrow school Holiday) So not on Saturday but tomorrow!
