Ok. Now I called my mechanic who is in Chennai from Bangalore here(I will come to Chennai tonight) and he said that the filter should have been clogged and the main jet is also should be clogged and that is the reason for these issues. He said me to bring the scooter to him.

Will the samurai carb will fit my kinetic ?

Feasibility is more important than fit-ability. Do confirm that before making this experiment. Be informed, wrong carburetor selection may gift you a useless engine.

I get about 25 km / 100Rs. petrol

Damn low, forget the 2 wheelers it is worse than few cars.

Yup,25KM for Rs.100 is 18 Kmpl for a litre and for 100 rupees,You get a Litre and Half.That's very low.Mr.Boss,As you are the greatest expert of 2 strokes in TAI,Can you please tell is it possible to fit in Max 100R/Samurai Carburetor in this Kinetic Honda ? Thank you

Its an old, worn out two stroke engine. Fitting a XYZ carb alone wont make any significant difference to the fuel efficiency.

Mechanic has told that the bore has been rebored and the rebored block has not been used extensively.

Just adapting / swapping a carburetor alone is not going to help. You will have to identify the most inefficient link in power transfer. After the engine, there is a roller clutch mechanism, belt, a Continuously varying pulley and then a small gearbox.
Change all the above parts in 1 go with some quality Honda parts from active / Dio or similar vehicle. Activa shares the same power train parts from its brother Kinetic Honda (internationally known as Honda NH80/125 or Lead 125). Changing only the most worn out part like the roller clutch alone or centrifugal clutch & drum alone etc. would not give any perceivable improvement. You can have boring as the last option because KH has a bullet proof engine which can last more than 1,00,000 kms with standard size itself.
Also check if the brake is binding.

So, Me and Bharath has discussed and finalised Matt Black as the colour that is going to be painted.
So bought Matte Black Paint can and NC Thinner(For stripping paint) and a 50 mm brush.

Cost:
Matt Black Paint Can ( 200 ml ): Rs. 40
NC Thinner ( 500 mk ): Rs. 60
50 mm Brush: Rs. 40

OT: Sorry for not using attachment manager for uploading pics. I have been trying to upload the pics using attachment manager for about 15 mins but it kept saying Request Timeout. Size of pics is 175kb, 275kb and 316kb respectively.

So, Me and Bharath has discussed and finalised Matt Black as the colour that is going to be painted.
So bought Matte Black Paint can and NC Thinner(For stripping paint) and a 50 mm brush.

NC Thinner ( 500 mk ): Rs. 60

Thank you Bro.I highly recommend you to Strip everything off to Bare Frame,Including the Engine and Carburetor.Don't forget the Number Plates,Lamps,Meters and that aweful guard.It would give you a better Idea of what got you below 30 Km/h ! And Start Removing paint on the Removed Panes and Check for Rust.If fount some small rust,Get some Metal Paste and a Sandpaper,Rub it hard until it is gone,Apply Metal Paste and slightly surface it and Wait for it to dry and You are good to go,Start Painting it.

I will remove and paint the side panels for sure but I dont think of stripping it to bare frame at least for now. It will be done on future.

I planned for an all black theme and will be painting everything black including that dull rims.

BTW, Can someone guide me how to use that thinner to remove paint ?

OK Bro No Problem Amigo,To use that Thinner,I think You nust clean the Surface you will be applying with Water and Dry Cloth (Wash with Water and Wipe off with Dry Cloth) and After that,Pour a small amount of Thinner and then spread it with a Cloth until every edge of the surface,Wait for Sometime and Start Rubbing with Hard Sandpaper and Paint must Peel Off.Bro,Painting the Rims is also a Tough Task ! When You remove the Rims,You will also get to see the Whole Drum Brake and you have to Take off the Brake Pads and many stuff inside the Drum.

Yeah. Painting the rims is a tough task but i will make my mechanic to do it for me.

Yo Man,You gotta be Kidding me !! You bought the Dark Matt Black Color right ? Then It won't happen.The Color would be Perfect.Any Update on it's Air filter and Main jet Cleaning ?
