Get spray cans. They are easy to use and not that expensive. Chinese costs some 120-150 and branded cost 200-250 a can. Strip down the scooter or mask the parts before painting.

How much ml of paint in can ?
How to peel off paint ? Tried sanding, I changed colours 4 times ( Red to black to green to current colour:stupid: )
So sanding didnt work.
How to remove paint ???

Matt Black bro.Please !! It is expensive but It will look much better than Metallic Red.Remove every Panel and Tubular Guard and Strip everything to Bare-Metal and start the painting.This is what I recommend you bro.

One,thing my friend,I got the Price list of Mattblack Paint and Other materials but He says it's very tough to find and will take him a Month Time Atleast

1.Bosny paint can FLAT MATT BLACK 6nos-250X6=1500/-
2.Bosny primer can MATT GREY 4nos-250X4=1000/-
3.Metal paste 0.5 kg-70/-
4.Metal blades to apply paste 2nos-15/-
5.Two 3"X 6" plywood (for sanding)-FOC
6.No.320 sand paper(for sanding paste) 3nos-20X3=60/-
7.No.1000 sand paper 3nos-40X3=120/-
8.No.2000 sand paper 4nos-40X4=160/-
9.Surgical gloves(hand protection) 10nos=60/-
10.Front number plate sticker =60/-

Total-Rs.3000

Si I highly recommend you to save some Money man.Thank you

I will ask an Expert Bike Restorer for How to Paint the Scooter for you man.But wait for a Day.I am not free today.Thank you

But I am on the budget side and TVS Wego is on its way to arrive my home (dad said that he will book it October 1st-2nd week).
So, this scooter will go to garbage if I dont drive it.

BTW, Fitted the upsize jets.
One GOOD news and a VERY BAD news.
GOOD news is Initial pick-up is very good ! Beaten a Honda Dream Yuga in initial.
VERY BAD news is it wont go above 40 KMPH !!![shock][sad][frustration]
It lost its breath after 40 kmph and after it jerks fully and shuts down.
Gooing to tell this about mechanic tomorrow.

Can you please explain how did you calculate the quantity of material required?

PS: I know from where you got this info (may be many others must be knowing)

Actually,Mr.Boss,I got this from another Forum like TAI but I noted everything down and went to 3 Hardware shops and I was surprized to know each and every price is as same as what it was given on another Forum.The quantity is also from that Forum.I thought it would also be enough for the Kinetic honda.So,I got the Details and I am trying to help RSVB.Thank you

SAD UPDATE:
My mom gave my Kinetic Honda to a friend and that friend played with the AFR and Idling settings.
I set the carburettor to gain the max. mileage i.e. low idling. That friend that he/she (doesnt know who is that) repaired the carburettor so that it wont turn off after leaving it for seconds.
So, Now it idles more but the power has got much lower and lower than stock and it can't cross 30 kmph[anger]

Now please tell/advise me what to do !

You have to replace your Carburetor bro ! That's the Only Way.It is so Messed up bro.I am sad and sorry to hear that.

Why I want to replace the whole carburettor assembly ?
Only the jets have been changed.
When I revert to stock jet, cant I solve that problem ?

Nope ! If the Jets are replaced,How will it's performance go down more than stock ? That guy (Mom Friend) must have screwed up the Carburetor and have caused real bad harm to the Engine.I think the 100cc Samurai Carb would be good as it is known for it's perfect tuning and strike between power and Mileage.BTW,What Mileage do you get ?

Will the samurai carb will fit my kinetic ?
I get about 25 km / 100Rs. petrol
