Is eBay in India is safe to buy from, or should we stick to the vendor's online websites. I have seen many of the vendors there having their own online sale websites.
On ebay this duster is sell by the manufacturer only, so 100% you can get original product. And there is ebay guaranty also.

Finally took the plunge after reading so many reviews and I too bought it.

Sadly, I cannot use it in the morning, as my car is wet with dew drops.

Will use it when car is dry and report / review.

I've ordered Jopasu car duster today from ebay for Rs. 569 - Rs.100 coupon discount = Rs.469 [:)]
Got mine delivered within 2 days.

Will try it on my car this weekend, but for a trial I used it on a glass interiors at my home and result is really noticeable. It took away all tiny particles of dust smoothly without any traces. [clap]

Will update soon with the result with my car. [:D]

Washed(soaked) the Jopasu duster in cold detergent water overnight. Left it for dry in the morning. Have to see how much it got cleaned.

I am on my third Duster now. What I have observed is that it works well for, say 5-6 months and then stops picking up dust. Then you clean it in the manner mentioned on the pamphlet and it becomes totally useless thereafter.

Anyone with similar/different experience?

+1, It wipes off only loose dust to some extent.

So, Jopasu is an use & throw type? [surprise] Then, 500-600 bucks would be too much!

I am regularly using it for the last 5 months and it's still working good, yet not to the level as it was. I haven't washed it yet and thought to defer it until it would stop picking the dust, for the very same ambiguity.

I have observed that when it stops picking dust, applying slight pressure over it while moving it on the surface of the car (like a maid does while mopping the floor) helps in it picking up dust more effectively.

But I have no doubts that eventually one shall have to throw it away; though the period for which it remains effective may differ from case to case depending on the usage pattern.

i was using Jopsau for around eight months and before washing the duster it was working like a charm, after a wash it is not picking even 50% which it used to pick earlier. really disappointed. [cry] i agree with Sam Dinkar it becomes useless after wash.
