Plastic Number Plates are Illegal? Doesn't looks so, I've it on my car and have seen on a lot of other cars in Delhi as the dealer itself provides them after registration. But Yes, They aren't durable. Which one did you ordered by the way, The IND Number plates?

Hey guys got them fixed up yesterday!! My car is looking as good as new now!![:D] Will post pictures soon!

@ Ilango Embossing means the impression kind of thing on the plates huh?? If yes then the impression of the number has been done on the plate and sticker is then put up on them!! All done for Rs.400 only!!

@ RSM and 350Z Oops sorry for not being specific i meant the fancy plastic number plates with illegal font sizes and colors and not plastic plates alone!

No 350Z this is just ordinary plates the IND thing is not quite famous and done here rarely in TN for now!!

Update

I got those Skoda type horns fitted for my car today! The Bosch horns a set of two came with 6 months warranty for a price of Rs.600! I was keen on having the company fitted horns too along with my new horn! So they said a wiring relay kit has to be used and that costed another extra Rs.350! If i had removed the older horn and replaced with the new one the bill would have been Rs.700 only!! But the total bill was Rs.1000! I felt it is a bit on the higher side , i tried to bargain but no use!

But their workmanship was good , they had to remove the bumper to place the horn! They did it with utmost care so that they don end up with scratches on the bumper! The even stuck a cellotape on the fenders so that they wont get any scratches while removing and fitting the bumper back again!!

Hmmm the relay was Autopower brand i guess the MRP was Rs.350!!

I consult Ilango before purchasing because he is in this field and can tell whether the cost is justified!!
