Can you please post the picture of your music system. I want to know if Magna has an inbuilt system or we have to fit an after market 1.

No Magna dont have inbuilt music system

Mileage update:
Highway/City Ratio: 95/5
AC Usage: 60%
Mileage: 21.56Kmpl

I am ok with above figure, i expect it to be 24+ since almost 40% of time AC is switched off

After driving my grand 2.5 months i fell the Lack of 1 cylinder. Specially on Highways. If we compare VW polo with grand, everything is almost same 1.2L vs 1.1L, 73bhp vs 71bhp, 3 cylinder vs 3 cylinder. Does polo owners also feel the missing 1 cylinder

Today i drove my car for 250+kms Bangalore - Kaiwara - Nandi hills - Bangalore
Found AC to be not effective for Back seat passengers.

Yesterday i visited Kothari Hyundai (Pune) showroom and got below details of Grand i10 Magna (P) Metallic :

ExShowroom - 454959
Insurance - 16296
RTO Tax + Reg. +S.card - 41890
Other Charges - 6300
Rubber Mat Kit + Ext.Wnty(3Yr) - 4865
Total On Road - 524310
0% Dep - 3157
Discount - No discount. Not even corporate discount
Freebies - Only Mud Flap
Waiting period - 2-3 weeks
Accessories - Please check attached list along with price.

As per dealer it is compulsory to go with their insurance for first year. When i enquired about "Other Charges" they told me it is for service rendered with resgistration and other formalities of car including service tax.

The booking amount they are demanding is Rs.25000 and cancellation penalty is Rs.10000

Should i insist dealer on any more freebies / discount ?

Finished 3 day trip - 990km total
Bangalore - Kukke - Dharmastala - Sringeri - Hornadu - Belur - Halebeedu - Bangalore.

Showed up decent performance on Highway.........once odometer cross 110kmph it started to breath heavily can go till 140kmph...
Showed up very good performace on ghat sections.........it extremely delighful to drive on ghats pulls neatly even with AC on......

Mileage - 21.65Kmpl overall
65-35 Highway-Ghat section with 85% AC...

I think with sedate driving on highway with AC on its returning 24kmpl
