@parth1231 how is the performance of car after service, did u check wheel alignment at 5000 km. has anyone changed stock bulb and horn into something better.

The engine is smoother- may be because of the new oil now. Regarding wheel alignment its not absolutely necessary to do after 5000Kms.Unless u have driven on very long rough patches or runover some bumps at high speed.
To be sure I went to 2 different local workshops. their technicians test drove and said alignment is not necessary.

I want to change to HIDs and the horn as well,but just waiting on it.

hid is awesome, recently my friend fitted bi-xenon with projector into his accent car which cost 29000/-, job done at coimbatore kitup.

hello guys, completed the trip. climate was amazing. here are my observation car pulls cleanly without any lagging, only problem is u have to switch off a/c, so that it climbs easily. i had driven many cars in that same route with a/c off only, so no experience with a/c in ghat section.

If Rs.3277 is the rate for free service then what they charge for a paid service?
I feel what they charged is very high. You should have done the alignment & balancing at any outside tires shop and they will not charge more than 600 Rs(that too without tax )

what is this Air cleaner? Oil filter @rs.364+ tax[surprise].What is the Km limit for the 2nd service? and howmany Km you covered before the service? Also could you please check what is the rate for the paid service of Grand i10 for a usuall 10km interval?

Cant do it outside as it is mentioned in free service coupon i think it must be done with dealer else wise it may void warrany on suspension.
10000km for 2nd service.
i covered 9417.
for paid it may be 1500-2000 extra.

My Hyundai Grand i10 Asta (O) Petrol Ownership Review

Two days before I Done wheel alignment and rotation at Michelin authorized dealer, after that car steering became so hard it struggles to center automatically after left turn, today I took it to hyundai service center, and rechecked the wheel alignment, to my surprise the problem gone, technician advice me not to do wheel alignment outside, reason is they don't have correct value for each car.

my grand has clocked 5300 km. i was thinking how much i would have spend for those kilometers, recalled my memory and collected some of the bills, finally i calculated the amount and liters of consumption, grand consumed 313.21ltr of petrol and returned 17kmpl and cost of this journey is rs.23642/-
