Yesterday changed the 4 tyres and upgraded the size to 205/55 R16.

That was a bad incident. Which tyres did you buy and the cost ? And were the alloys damaged in the impact ?

No 205/55/16 does not touched body even 4-5 people are on board. Iam using it from last 4 months and fully satisfied with it.

@meaculpa : I prefer the glossy black sticker on the top because that gives a panaromic roof effect .

@neil: Should i go for the bushes or the anti-roll/strut bars for stabilty and to reduce wallowiness

Hi Guys,

Seeing so much activity in this verna thread and so much knowledge sharing, I finally gave in and joined the forum. Previously I have been active on ******* mostly and a little bit on hyundai-forums.

Refer the image for more details, got this from another review on verna fluidic.

I read through the posts from 250 onwards and noticed the TSB I had clicked a year back in Greater noida ASC and posted on ******** is making rounds here as well

Unfortunately even I have not got any respite on this as the service center guys here in delhi are too stubborn and say they cant do anything unless. Has anybody got their coil springs replaced yet in delhi/ncr yet under warranty, please respond.

I have already bought coil assisters from Mumbai for rear for 2k, size B3 and will get it installed as well this weekend.

@neil can you share the details about the oil you bought. My 30k warranty is due next week and plan to buy all that stuff myself this time.

so got my car to the service centre along with the oil cans and engine flush

nick, can you let me know the oil and other products you bought along with costing. my car is due for the 30k service this weekend. Thanks

hey mani. Well i use mobil 0w40 oil and whichever engine flush you can get is good, though i doubt its needed. The other things i use are from the service center since i could not find any noticeable difference with switching to higher quality things like brake oil and coolant.
I am due for my 5th oil change in a few thousand km. I need to get my steering rattle sorted out its just becoming more worse day by day.

You have got the rear springs changed right ? Can you get the Work Order number from your service advisor ? This is something my SA was asking when I gave him the car for the 30k service and talked about the coil spring replacement being done. The work order number will allow him to pull up the TSB details. Invoice number will not help.

Well i showed the the noise in the rear when the car is loaded, the warranty incharge guy happens to be a friend. So when ever i find an issue he checks it and orders a replacement.

Its a black Verna. So again a black sticker wont give you a panoramic effect. I was think about a red sticker over the top and bonnet. What is your thoughts. ?


Also Guys How much its coming for Service. For me last time it was 5400 for general service plus 1500 for EDC. And i covered 30K kilometer, the service center guys are telling to change the Clutch which is another 20K. Is it necessary ?

If your clutch works fine theres no need.. The service advisors i heard have a daiky target of earning 50 thousand. I am on 45k km and my clutch is fine however i get these annoying noises from the clutch kit which the dealership wont fix till hyundai pdovides a solution.

I am on 42k kilometers. My clutch is hard and surprisingly it gets stuck on hilly areas. Few days back I went to goa and at ghat region gear gets very hard and at one time I coudnt shift to 1st gear. I had to stop the car , pumped the clutch few times and it got smooth for some time. On flat roads it's not giving any such issues. No idea what is the mechanism.
They tokd I need to change clutch at 50 k which will cost around 15k.
50k is the lifespan of verna's clutch i think.
