I booked fluidic verna crdi sx diesel on june 2011 at suryabala hyundai coimbatore. But no confirmation till today. Is this right trend ?

I doubt it is in right trend.

June booking should have been dispatched by now atleast as I have seen car manufactured in July is running in Chennai roads. If your dealer is new to hyundai and showing less count of bookings in verna, then Hyundai will hold them as they release more vehicles for the dealer who shows more bookings as they need to maintain the flow.

ya i will be waiting eagerly. i would suggest to take someone with you to shoot video. do safely.
I will try to do better next time. will take my cook to capture video.
He enjoys 260 nm torque , with his favorite song(from my playlist) playing Akcent - my passion whenever we go to buy vegetables and groceries.says this car is lot more faster then your last car.

well today is one fo those other days where i pamper my baby, gave her a paint protection from vkool must say they are expensive and the gloss is the same as when i gave them the car lets see how good it protects the paint, brought chamois leather for washing her a bottle of armorall windshield wash concentrate and got rid of those yucky showroom provided mats for 3d kagu black mats and filled 3600 bucks worth f speed 97 fuel and shes showing me 10 in city and 14-15 highway with amazing smoothness

HEY GUYS,
what you fill in the tire normal air or nitrogen? I have heard that nitrogen air lasts long in tire. Any idea what is filled in tires while taking delivery from showroom?

i used nitrogen in my other car there isnt much of a difference just that you pay to fill nitrogen in your tires on the other hand get free air at the petrol pump. plus you wont find nitrogen everywhere in case you run low.
its really upto you and what other members suggest.
normall air is filled in at delivery and please check the air asap you get the cars delivery factory always fills alot of air in the tires

enough of all good stuff about the car its time to talk of its flaws now

pretty lots of uneven gaps at every random place
the body seems to be thin and the bumpers, man you can press it with your fingers flexible bumper ehh?
the suspensions are back to making noises again
the MID instantaneous mileage is inaccurate always shows 1-2kmpl more then actuals one minute your cruising the highway and it shows 17 and next minute your in a toll line and it drops to 8.
the other thing releated to mileage the bar just keeps moving but not showing a figure

getting good fes need pure fuel anything else and it shows 7/8
distance to empty jumps kms like anything
the plastic at the corner of the seats touch our footwear while getting in the car.
the cooled glove box i wonder if it just ventillates or keeps things cool
seat belt warning chime? where are you when i drive of without having a belt around me?
the windshield washer spray just covers the bottom portion its then the wipers job
the inner rear view mirror is a bit weird vibrates when going through bumps.
lots of dashboard reflection n windshield
front seats when used for long gives you leg cramps or lower back pain

Yesterday evening I got the call from Asst. Sales Manager that the car reached the yard. I couldnt go straight as I was in wedding reception some 350kms away.

I asked him to keep the car in the showroom by today so that I can do the PDI. I have already taken the ATI PDI checklist by Friday

I will not believe until I actually see the car. Hope I will not be disappointed today as well. If I happen to do PDI today, I will start my Ownership Thread and share the link here for you all for your valuable comments and support for me & my beauty

I told you before that body is uneven at so many random places if you notice thoroughly. i thought it's in my car only. but noticed innova in parking lot beside me and it has the same too. In these low budget cars , i guess they dont care about these small things unlike bmw/audi.... cant assure about honda. I doubt honda would have this problem.

Suspension noise. I agree. it's not gone
Instantaneous fe is not wrong. It show instant fe per 1 or 2 secs so it can vary highly. and we cant trust it.
Agree- windshield washer covers lower half only. annoying
Agree- seats are not being so comfortable
Inner view mirror. cant make out because my sub vibrates it more

And if you add a sub , lot of other vibration sounds from boot and plastic plank below the rear windshield will come. it needs a proper damping.
But i still love my babe.she's hot and fast.

Finally I was able to see my car

Returned home after PDI.

My bad that I didnt recharge the battery of my camera and didnt changes the setting in that as well which resulted in bad quality of pictures. Still it wont stop me posting them.

I am going to create a new thread and share the link here. Will have the pictures over there.

Gaps in the panneling are worst in ANHV. No other car has such wide panel gaps in this segment. With regards to the Bumpers the vento and the city are in the same leage though their looks are muscular. I havnt had any suspension noise ..(Reaching 15K nearly).. I am not sure about petrol, but i am very sure that the MID system in the diesel SXo pretty much underestimates the actual mileage. Whenever i check using the tank fill to tank fill method i at least get around 1 to 1.5 Kmpl extra than the indication.
The cooled glove boxes are cooled by an extra vent from the airconditioning system, so dont expect them to really chill well, I have seen that these systems do not perform as expected even in the Mercedez C class. I perfectly agree to the design flaws regarding the winshield washer and the reflection. "Preparing a complete exaustive ownership review".. will post once complete..

Found one more vibration sound while playing song in car (especially who all have sub in their car) -- and it is from - SUNGLASS HOLDER .
If such unknown sound is coming in your car from somewhere in front , just press that sunglass holder inside , and sound will disappear. I am 80% sure.
I have not found any solution for this. Any idea ??

The one more sound comes from the rear plank , that was known to me before and solved it.
Other extra sounds from boot (because of sub) are not much audible in car , so not to concern for now. Damping will be solution for this one.
