for diesel stick to ordinary. or else i have seen guys who use those premium diesels and their car giving out black smoke. give a try to the pumps you find good fill in a few litres and see what mid says instead of wasting money like me on full tanks.
my aveo always gives 10.5 kmpl in any pump but i usually find difference in performance. in verna difference is fe and engine response performance is same but was the best in speed 97 and shell

My car is already giving out black smoke(I was told by a friend behind me in his car) without filling the premium yet, are all these things normal? lol your petrol version gives you more fe than my diesel. Tommorow im going to the Navi Mumbai RTO so ill get a highway strech lets see wat fe ill get on the highway

change gear at 1650k rpm for best result.
it's normal for diesel cars to have black smoke. but i dont know how much.
go b/w 80 -110 in 6th gear , fe will increase suddenly.

Guyz whats the actual FE you guyz are getting for the Diesel Fluidic? I mean by tank full to tank full method..

take a round on palm beach road. black smoke can be from bad diesel
i havent used night breakers but i have added philips xtreme vision and they are very good. try looking up some reviews on google.

Drove like 2 hours back on palm beach road, on the 6th gear i was dot 100kmph not a single point increased or decreased. Cant understand what the issue is

@neil I drive that way only then too nothing positive, lets see i think i need to wait tilll my 1st service or next tank up!

it should be bad fuel now.
i asked my sa what can be done to increase fe for petrol vernas he said use synthetic engine oil 5w20 same thing owners manual said but sadly they have just shells 15w40 mineral oil but we can get our own oils and come so ill try that when i clock 9500kms

have driven 350 kms since my tankful and i have around approximately 18-20litres left mid shows 300 till empty

I'm getting 25Kmpl constantly. I use to drive b/w 90 - 110 Km/hr. 1800/- for 1000 Kms
Really awesome machine!

even if i cruise on highway i get maximum 19-20 kmpl

Normal diesel from BP
Yesterday I came back from my native place to my Home. Total up and down distance is 1000 KM. Total costs 1800/-. Still I'm having half tank diesel. :)

I think you got the best engine out of Hyundai factory... Have safe longer miles with this rocking machine

@nick U were right brother, yes it was bad fuel.

I have put verna scuff plates and cause of that my both the front doors arent closing properly they require 2% of more extra force, somethings rubbing beneath, is anyone of you facing the same problem?

no i dont have such issue with scuff plate. whrere did you put it ?

while cruising the highway i saw a fluidic verna with an unsually different headlamps
it had projectors just like bmws wanted to stop and ask the owner but lost him at an intersection

@Neil: ill put the pictures once im back from my trip, lol i think im the only one on this thread who hasnt put up any pichas, ill put them asap!

@Nick: Thats the only thing ill like to have in my car. But do the after market projectors provide good amount of fall? One of my cousin had them in his swift and he always complained for the fall. It has killer looks though. I think orion is the best brand to provide after market prjectors !
