Re: New Hyundai Verna Fluidic 1.6 VTVT

don't worry punctures do happen, thank you stars the puncture wasn't like mine.
but i wasn't expecting this [:D] sure the way your tyre punctured. no match [lol]

good thing is that your tires aren't torn much, and u noticed earlier :) Nice care taken.
yeah , tubeless can run with the nail inside but still its better to take it out [:)] so did the same.

mate you can ruin your tire if you run with it flat, on my other car i never knew when the tire got punctured, but i guess it happened in 20-30 km since i had checked all tires before that, the tires internal had gone need new tire then.

Re: New Hyundai Verna Fluidic 1.6 VTVT

i just said they can run , i didn't mean i will [:)] i hate tyre punctures on the way [anger]

if i haven't told you , i came with a punctured tyre from shimla to delhi.

the tyre pressure seemed less when we were coming back. filled air in shimla. on covering some 300 kms i saw that again tyre had low air. there was no tyre wala anywhere and home was just 50-70 kms. so we drove and next day the tyre was flat [lol]

rs 50. normal rate here. at petrol pumps they charge 40rs but dad says to go to a tyre shop. so go to one particular shop always.

today the guy saw my verna for the first time and said " ye kab le li , aap to santro , i10 lekr aate ho" [:D]

Rs.50! for tubeless? The cheapest here(small hut with tires kept outside) charges 100 bucks at petrol pump 180 and at tire shops 220

no way :\ 50rs i'm talking about a good tyre shop. since they could see the puncture. they just removed the nail and insert that thing they insert [:D] without removing the tyre. there was no need.

took just 5 minutes.

the guys here remove tire find the puncture remove it make the hole a bit bigger and use the tubeless tire repair kit on it, then dip in water fill air and check air in all tires. 100 bucks for that. The normal tube tires they charge 50. The tubeless rate is standard even for run flats but they do make a killing on novice guys.

Re: New Hyundai Verna Fluidic 1.6 VTVT

Hope wht they inserted wasn't another nail but a smaller one ;)
No they didn't [:D] to my surprise I saw another screw in the rear tyre. It just got inserted there at the shop. I said " jaan ke nail rakhte ho kya yaha pe"

The procedure is the same here. But they have some solution. They don't dip in water but take a brush and check the whole tyre by applying that solution with a brush. I think its normal soap but if there is a puncture , the soap causes bubbles so its easily identified.

Re: New Hyundai Verna Fluidic 1.6 VTVT

so today again ac stopped working [anger] i always keep at blower 2 on 23* even in hot days.

today i kept it at low with blower 5 for 45 minutes. nothing. just cold air but not cooling the car.

visited the service center and they checked with some meter , NORMALLY IT SHOULD HAVE SHOWN 7* WITH AC AT LOW AND FUL BLOWER AND CAR RPM AT 2000.

MY CAR SHOWED JUST 16* :\ NOW WILL GO TOMORROW TO GET IT CHECKED.

coming back at home i was reversing , the sensor i don't know didn't pick up the signal and darn the car got hit with some low wall. after hitting , the beep went teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

i thought it must not have cause anything , on checking found this :\

Re: New Hyundai Verna Fluidic 1.6 VTVT

i already have parking sensors. read my reply once again [:D] most people just look at the images [lol]

after it got hit , the parking sensors beeped no space [anger]

and dude , it was not a high impact , it was just at 3-5 kmph. the bumpers are very low quality in the verna.

also the brackets came off.
