Re: New Hyundai Verna Fluidic 1.6 VTVT

so the other day i was checking the music if i can hear it from the outside or not. was just checking the quality of the speakers.

the rear door speakers aren't that great [anger]

but ya , the sound can be heard and inside its sufficient for me[:D]

the car's sound system can be heard outside :D - YouTube

the thing i notice , going from 30-35 just deteriorates the sound quality even if the bass is low :\

i don't like to listen songs at high volumes now :P
you have installed after market speakers and replaced the 25W company speakers [;)]

just 25 W rear speakers. perhaps another cost cutting in verna[anger]

did you check the company fitted front speakers ? How Much W they are ?

what's that ? couldn't understand.

you mean even if they didn't give any option to disable the passenger's airbag , there are sensors which will automatically turn off the airbag of there is no passenger sitting ?

yes if theres no passengers/if the seat belts are not worn/the system senses that the passenger weighs less it will de activate the air bag, to prevent any serious injuries/death/ waste of money.

over here you will need to shell out 40k for that airbag which wasn't needed.
i really wished they gave that gdi engine for us.

Re: New Hyundai Verna Fluidic 1.6 VTVT

zero dep policy is fine but even then we do have to pay some amount which is not payable by insurance like say if some labour doesn't meet with the insurance companies labour cost then we pay it.
but my question is why not give us? Many people know how things are here no one will follow that warning sticker, i have seen mothers in front seat with babies in their arms, or 2 small kids sharing the front seat or a small kid sitting there without seat belts. it would help these guys the most.

its like that in most cars, as the rear door isn't fully straight due to wheel arch the window will only go down till that point.

i didn't know this about the zero dep policy.

oh ok. my cousin purchased the versa years ago and in that the windows could only be opened half. accidently i moved the window up a little bit and then down and it opened fully.

so i tried this in verna but fail [:D]

you get fabric upholstry cleaners, just spray on scrub it in use a damn cloth and wipe of, all clean. fabrics get more dirtier and harder to clean then leather/art leather. by the way got my car back. have to take it back for polishing the paint since its still wet. for now it looks dull.

I use a little towel to cover the front arm rest. I have a little kid and she jumps all over - I thought it would be sensible to cover the arm rest.
