It will be a grand meet I feel. With overnight stay, it has to be including families. And for us leave period is totally dedicated to families, especially wife. Leaving her back home wont be fair.

- Regarding Stay at destination [Place, Food, Places to see etc] and how do we go about booking and organizing [Treasurer who will collect cash, do booking etc ] should be there since this is kind of huge meet]
