Sure. BTW, let me ask you a disastrous question. Is there a possibility to prepone this meeting to some weekend in July?

Too many things are coming up for me in August. Just heard about a weeding planned "tentatively" in Kerala, date is yet to be decided... Office folks are discussing about a team outing in Mid of August... Another personal trip by end of August... I am getting lost...

Guys - It's extremely afflictive to say that, I will not be able to show up for the event .

The wedding I mentioned about is scheduled for Aug 19th and the entire family is planning to visit Kerala clubbing the Aug 15th holiday. I tried negotiating my best, but didn't work out.

Yercaud is good for the meet, the place is small but it will be great in this rainy season. But like you all said that this is going to be the family meet, it would be difficult to visit places and its even more difficult to tell your family to stay in the hotels without sight seeing, soon a solution will come.

What about Vishwas? Are you coming?

I'll be in my vacation at that time, but i have planned for a big road-trip with my friends, so I'm not sure whether i can make it for the meet, if i am at home, I'll come and return home the same day.

Planning to go to yercaud during that time. Any one joining? I gave hope to my wife. Her bday falls on that week (19th aug). Thinking of Sunday-monday, thursday-friday or saturday-sunday (want to be in office on saturday). If some one coming along, we can try changing to others schedule. Here we have not yet finalized the place. Even if we postpone a week, can't be sure whether all will be ready to go to yercaud. (this is not confirmed 100%).

That is exactly my point. Since it is a national holiday, people might have larger plans to spend some time with their family vacation. We can plan on other weekends where members won't have much appointments.

Those who wants to come to Yercaud with families can join us on 19th / 20th of August

As the venue is not finalized, I doubt the venue will be Yercaud or not (More people have mentioned other place). So, i chose Yercaud for our trip. Can travel to other location during the meet (if it is with family).

In another 2-3 days, will be booking the accommodation (mostly).

If someone is free on those dates (with family) can drive along :)

place, date, singles or families and one day or two days

Same here. But I will continue to watch out this space for some updates, in case I may be able to do some adjustments.
