Post some pics of the kick plates.

Meanwhile, need to take my ride to HASS. Scraped under body pretty bad last week. Nothing major, just for precaution. [:)]

While the earlier tick-tack sound while going on bad roads / humps is still around, i'm getting that checked too. Hope nothing major. [frustration]

I can hear a particular type of sound while AC with blower speed in 1. Dont know if it was there previously, but i heard a growling sound. Did anyone notice anything similar? [confused]

guys i am thinking of doing under body corrosion protection from Honda when my car is due for second free service later this month. The primary reason is that I have heard that it also reduces road noise. Has any Brio owner done this and noticed any noticeable sound deadening effect? Is it worth the money spent? I read that modern cars these days already have anti-rust underbody coatings from factory, so my primary reason is just the reduction of road noise.

I had got it done on my first service. No considerable effect as such but yes the cabin noise which is already minimal in the i-vtec has gone down by a marginal extent. You can conclude this by driving on the concrete roads once before and after the coat.

I would rather prefer to conclude it this way: IF YOU ARE STAYING IN THOSE PLACES NEAR THE COAST (MUMBAI,KERALA....) THEN IT MAKES SENSE ELSE YOU ARE BETTER OFF IT.

As Ajay suggested, Under body coating is beneficial in Coastal areas.

Getting it done, can lead to marginal reduction of cabin noise.

Anyhow, do check 3M vs HASS rates, plus the warranty part.
