Re: Got Wet in the Rain of Fluidics!!!

oh yes it does look nice, but ours does look more brighter doesn't it?

by the way whats your take on our auto ac? is it really auto or just auto fan speed?
Its only auto fan speed I guess.[:D]
I try keeping the blower between 1-3 that's it. After 3 it makes noise.

yeah mine stays between 1 and 4. I don't know why they bothered to tell us its an auto ac. In auto mode we just can't hear the engine or anything besides the blower noise, and fresh air intake doesn't really cool well. but recirculate does.

they can install that rheostat switch to adjust brightness its available at the service centre.
But our speedo looks nice and funky plus at night if your standing at a signal it grabs the attention of all the bikers on your right

Re: Got Wet in the Rain of Fluidics!!!

So here are some more clicks of the ODO!

See the kms covered without a single fuel bar drop.

And Have a look at the FE I got yesterday.[:D]

BTW today I remember crossing the 1212kms mark.

Re: Got Wet in the Rain of Fluidics!!!

Gears thts some wicked FE, something we petrol owners can never dream of with our pathetic cars!
Yeah bobazooka! It reached 29kmpl yesterday! Also once it touched 33kmpl.[shock]

Nwyaz after finding the actual FE from tank full to tank full method; I just keep laughing at the ODO FE. Earlier I got 10kmpl later I got 14kmpl. So the actual FE varries from the ODO one.[lol]

Also I feel that the fuel indicator bricks are not linear. It takes many kms for the first bar to drop; but once the opening is done the bars drops down faster. See; I fill my tank on Wednesdays. So my weekly running comes up in a range of 420kms~480kms. So if I go by the display's brics; then I should only loose max to max three bricks. [:D]

Re: Got Wet in the Rain of Fluidics!!!

its weird though, when filling in fuel when the light starts blinking i see the last bar (full) come up when 32l has gone in after that 9-10 litres go in. Auto cut comes in between 34-36l, for me it takes 80-110 km for first bar to drop and after that it keeps disappearing after 15-25 km. The odo fe display is terrible and untrustworthy after filling in fuel it ca go as high as 23 for me. and then stabilize at 16 when the real fe given is 14.

ROFL!!:lol!: That's a nice trick. Will check it tomorrow on my CRDi. If it shows 99kmpl in your VTVT then it should show atleast 199kmpl in my CRDi.[lol]

Re: Got Wet in the Rain of Fluidics!!!

i will make mine show 599km/l how? keep the engine idling and push it 200 meters [:D] btw the max range is 99km/l
for dte max range is 999km and minimum is 50. I find that irritating since after 50 is generally when you start bothering of how much more can i go but all it says is ---
