Method: Tank full - Tank full
Mileage (City): 12 - 14.5 (A/c always ON)
My last trip from Kochi to Bangalore (One month back) returned 17.5 with A/c during 95% of that trip on highway.

Agreed but as mentioned above if you are able to start early that helps keeps you relaxed with a calm mind and if you workout in the morning and then leave for work that's even much better as after a great workout and great hot shower you are much more calm and relaxed. Really helps, pls. try it you'll know what I'm saying.

!!!! working out + hot shower can will help bring up the car's mileage!!

+1, A relaxed mind surely help to drive/ride very relaxed. You can enjoy the drive very much and also you can reach destination with out stressed,not like when u drive with heavy foot.This will give a good mileage and also long life for your car and also for you too.

When daily i ride/drive to my office on morning, If i had breakfast from home, I noticed that i feel very relaxed and also drive in a relaxed manner. If don't have breakfast, i feel little nervous and drive in little rash.Gear shift counts and also RPM will be on higher side.

Likewise, while i return to home after office. i just wait and have a tea/some cold water and spent some time on rest room, do a face wash before start the car/ bike. this really make me feel relaxed also this 15-20 mints difference, will save me from the rush hour traffic.

Calculation Method : Tankfull Method
City Mileage : 14.1 KMPL (Without AC)
Highway Mileage : 26.4 KMPL (Without AC)

City calc. has been done after going through 100kms and 3-4 big traffic jams especially in delhi's ring road crawling traffic.
Highway run was for 160 km total and driving was done especially with average on mind and avg speed was 90-95 in 5th gear.
The car is yet to face delhi's scorching heat when AC will be on all time.

My Manza Aqua Qjt 6 months old nearly 5K km done all in Bangalore city moderate traffic gives around 15.5-15.8 km/l. The 2nd free service/check up is still due.

Have not ventured out on the highway with this car so cant tell figures for same.

Will the city FE increase further after 2nd service?

As per MID,our Vento Diesel gave 13.5 Km/l in last highway run.In City as of today morning,Rocket gave 12.5 Km/l.Yet to get 1st service done.Car had done 13500 Km.What to do with FE?

My spark gave 18KM per Litre recently on a trip to Vijayawada and back

Needless to say, I was surprised, it seemed too good to be true. I double checked. It came around 17.7.

after 3rd Free servicing my dzire Vdi got 24.7 km/l on pune-mumbai highway. Overall (highway + city) it gives 21-22 Kmpl. AC on full time, but speed limit is 80. ;).

Mine is new Dzire Vdi March 2012 model & 17K on odo. 80% of driving is long distance trips.

even the service center guys are saying the same " saar thora chalao to sahi"

it;s been 6 months and i really hope i get atleast 10 in the city

the comapny claims 18kmpl so atleast 10 should be the real time fe.

since running is low i can live with this

yeah it's been a year now. completed 6000+ kilometers.

100% city
without AC - 12-14kmpl.

with AC is the same for now. this summer season will get to know if the mileage have increased or not.

Brio figures look good. Might be it would settle around 14.5 - 15.0 in long run.
