Thanks for quick reply. However when I tried to install the play Store Apps I saw that none of apps are compatible on my ASUS Zenphone Andriod Phone.

Does any one knows Ford India contact persons e-mail id for escalation.
My windshield needs to be replaced under warranty and Service center Manager said, he has already sent mail to Ford and did not get any reply from Ford. He asked me to send mail to Ford.
So I would like to know the contact details for senior persons in Ford India to escalate this issue.

Ford India launched today the Black Edition of the Ecosport at Ex-Showroom (Delhi) Price of Rs. 8.58 Lakhs. The new edition would be available in 3 variants i.e Trend+, Titanium and Titanium+. The Black edition Eco-Sport features Black exteriors like a Black grille, Black mirror covers, Black alloy wheels, Black fog lamp bezels, Black roof rails et al. Engine wise this new Edition is unchanged and will come in the same powertrains as the regular Ecosports.

I think Ford is a little agressive im marketing Ecosport, since its bringing them volumes despite super strong competition,
This is good in one way as this makes sure that the big facelift for Ecosport will reach India soon,

Any idea if Ford has withdrawn the retractable parcel tray on Ecosport Titanium+, replacing it with the normal parcel shelf? I went for pre registration inspection yesterday, my ecosport had the normal parcel shelf instead of the usual one.

Yes the retractibe one has been replaced with the fixed one,
The SA at Trivandrum said it created rattles in lot of Ecosports of 1st batch and that forced Ford to use a normal fixed type one, dont know authenticity of this info but Titanium and Titanium+ has fixed ones as of now

Absolutely there are no rattles with the retractable one. Why on earth did they even have to fiddle with something perfect. Infact it is one of the most helpful of features in the boot of an ecosport when your loading strategies differ. In my case whenever my pet dog travels (humans occupying all seats) he goes into the boot comfortably parcel tray retracted. Even otherwise its helpful when you need to put different kind of luggage to transport. It was actually one of the small plus points on ES for me to choose the car. Hope it remains removable atleast
