Excellent coverage 350Z [:)]
i was eagerly waiting for the GP launch. Must say i am disappointed for the price, looks and handling with increased GC(haven't seen any test drive reports yet).

Any idea about the following issues with the previous punto?
1. the plastic quality. especially the seat height adjustment lever
2. Rear windows roll down to about the 65% level only
3. driver seat height adjustment system.

The more the days pass, possibility of me buying Punto becomes lesser...

Apart from being arrogant/foolish, is it possible that FIAT may get involved in some shady undertaking? The TD vehicle Prerana HSR had and which had vanished during Dec 2nd/3rd week is back now (same color). I may be wrong, but I have a feeling that the same car is brought back after "renovation".

If only I had the license plate number noted I could have verified if it was the same car!

Can we really rule out the possibility that FIAT may actually sale refurbished puntos (height increase)?

I am getting worried... also no news of any discounts yet [frustration]

Road tax in Bangalore do not justice to customer. In my city price of ZDI around 7.10 lakh. So Punto dynamic cost might be around 6.75 lakh OTR in Pune which seems costly. Discount should start by FIAT asap.

This is infact "renovation". Nothing extra special features added in 2012 Punto.

Great Coverage 350Z!!!

Looking at New Punto facilities and prices, i think i did a good thing in taking 2011 itself....I did not miss much....

But now worried about FIAT's stay in INDIA !!!![anger]

I don't know who sanctioned this strategy at Fiat. Did the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fiat had a look at the draft plan for the Punto/Linea and say to Rajeev Kapur : "Hmm...I see that you have cars with things that keep going wrong, a failed JV with Tata, sales down to less than a thousand cars per month, and now you have increased the prices of these cars without providing any reasonably good features and made them the costliest base models viz a viz comparable car models from rival manufacturers. [thumbsup]Well done !"

FIAT open first caffe at Delhi. Also they are going to start separate A.S.S in major cities by 2015. So need not worry [:)]

There seems to be no end to the indifference/laxity shown by Fiat in harmonizing it's operations in India. Look at the snap attached below from the Punto website - it proudly shows the ARAI fuel consumption figures for the.......Linea !

I see nothing from "Improvement" point of view

I hope they are going to push the Advertisement side bit harder else nothing "nothing " I see for any excitement.
same plastics, same car, with for higher price.

But fiat is Fiat !! no other car can be a substitute for it.

As i said earlier after seeing the prices and feature list. It will be difficult for Fiat to further sell their products. [frustration]

What made them think that by this they will be able to sell more car is my doubt [confused].

I hope Fiat sells more car but !!

Let us hope for the best guys [thumbsup]
