@jayadev: It's been a long time now. Awaiting a BIG post from your side on updates on the 90hp.
By God !

If you noticed the logo, it is written "Fiat" and I am afraid to say, they very well knew what they were doing, unlike other manufacturer whom collect bits and bytes from everywhere and make a car look like.

Wish if it was Suzuki or Hyundai car I would have blessed this thread with updates but alas not with Fiat-Built tough!!

Trust me, this one is tough nut to crack, I need more time. please be patient.[:)]

Just went through the thread and came to know about your DIY paint job. I must say you have done an excellent job. The paint job is looking absolutely fine to me.

BTW hope the fungi issue has been resolve.

OT: BTW are there any lighter compressors available in the market. I want one for interior cleaning job.

Please remove those mudflaps as they are ruining the looks very badly. I did the same with mine. Now there would be not be any rusting issues after getting them resolved.

Rightly said, the car's definitely a toughie.

So whatever happened to the fungus and rusting issues?
Fungus was due to extreme humidity, especially the place where I park my carmore over car remains untouched for weeks and months after a long time so it seems they had a gala time. I wiped them out, dried it under sunlight for couple of days ,placed some silica gel packets ..no more fungus now.

Rusting ,As I mentioned before you could find only at a single spot and propably it happened due to mishandling thanks to Tata authentic screwing service aka TASS.

And that part part is already under paint coat as of now.

I think there are lighter ones bench-types used by goldsmith but they are not useful for spray painting or you can opt for electric blowers which can produce a pressure of 40-50psi.

it is already done . I have no pic of same.
I am well equipped for rust,dirt,dents,paint damage..[evil]
