I am really happy to see the progress, looks like its gonna be very close to original once completed.
BTW I hope you are not going to mount the door pads with screws punched through the same, try using clips to fit it, will look far better & clean. You can get them fabricated or can look for them at scrapyard ( i have fitted door pads on my S1 using original clips & pattis that i pulled from various scrapped cars)

PS: I really envy you for that ST make tail lamp set, you are digging some rare stuff my friend. [:)]

I made this from acrylic transperent sheet. Brown paper will be removed after installation.

Awesome Job! With the restoration man! Really liked your enthusiasm and the detailing. Should look really classic when its done along with the Grill badges you've got. Cheerio!
