First of all i am very happy to see a fellow Fiatian restoring a piece of automotive history. I am a diehard fan of Fiats especially 1100 Series & have owned quite a few of them, still have a PP S1. [:)]
Anyways you have got a very original car with most of the fittings still in place. The work going on seems top quality.
The refurbished meter looks nice. BTW that 2 way Sipea switch is used as a wiper switch.

PS: Is that cabin light a new part ??

I think somethings are better left original, in this case the speedo back plate which holds more value in its original form.
Thanks Samsag12.

Cabin light is new. I got it from ebay.com
Its position is as per picture attached

Super parts haul, would be great if you can share the prices too. You can PM me the same.
If am not wrong the full red lenses are original to Selects. Also those wheel caps look great, i wish you luck in finding the other 2.
BTW how much did you paid for those tyres & tail lamp lenses. [;)]

First of all congrats on getting the most elusive part, Combination switch. [:)]
The progress looks good & can't wait to see the outcome. Would have been nice if you could have removed the original steering wheel from the car & have got that glove pocket hole (for lock) closed. Just my 2 cents being a purist. [;)]
BTW any luck with the horn ring ?? & what about the Jalwa type horns, please do update me in this regard.

Thanks Sagar!
I am in search of glove pocket door without hole.

I don't understand why to remove original steering .

Still not get the ring.

I had talk with that people, but later on I dropped idea about Prestolite horns.

Oh. thats ok, so you plan to replace the lid, I think you can use any Padmini one as its almost a direct fit. Regarding the steering, its simple, if damaged, which is highly possible with these guys, you won't get a new/ used one easily.

BTW thanks for updating on the Prestolite horns, i guess you are willing to fit original Jalwas [:)] They might still be available at Mumbai chor bazaar.
FYI i had a few original ones till some months back, which i got from scrapyard but later exchanged them for Fiat parts.
