I haven't seen one yet on roads yet. Could probably be able to do it before it is launched in India.

I wonder whether all these features will come to India, & if they come at what price ? ES makes sense only if priced between 6.5-8, anything above that, it will be Storme.

BTW, guys did you see the infotainment was also in Chinese alongwith English ? Why can't we have in India in Hindi & regional languages ? [anger]

Somehow the concept of CUV (compact UV) is not going down well with me. After seeing storme, I doubt if it worth let go it for ES.

hmm..for me reverse is happening [:)] getting restless now.
I like the road presence of the ES. But one thing is sure its a pure 'Compact S/MUV'. May be I am looking specifically for 'Compact'. My use is city and about 15 Km of HW everyday. The rear of the ES looks really good now and looks wide. Only thing I am worried about the backseat space. Not very happy about new Fiesta rear seats.

Looks like spare wheel cover is out(looks good)
No tint on Titanium variant(don't know if that's because it is test vehicle), hope they get the tinted window glasses.
Another thing now I have ruled out blue color, it did not look good(for me). The white and the silver my favorite so far.
Any idea about the tire size? Also anyone knows the turning radius of ES?

Black and red looks awesome too.will try and post a video of black and red for you .

Definitely the black would look great, but not good for scratches and ofcourse the heat. The orange color looks good too.
Regarding the tires it looks even more that 15, but I may be wrong.

I have been following this thread for long now with special interest in discussion with respect to expected price. Though it is still at the speculation level, I do think think that Ford has a very difficult task at hand. Its going to face the same problem as GM faced with pricing the Uva Sail.

What I mean is that Ford already has two cars below the Fiesta (i.e the Figo and the Classic). They have no plans to discontinue either. So ES should be priced above these two. And that means OR price has to be over Rs.8.5 to 9 L (for Petrol, Ex showroon ~Rs.7.6L) and diesel higher.
If this is true, then it faces stiff competition from Duster (Rs.9.5 L OR for base diesel in Kolkata).
Given the preference for Diesel in India at this moment, I think buyers will give it more weight instead of the 1.0 Ecoboost engine - however efficient it might be.

So we should not expect a lower price for the ES but may be a tad higher than Classic. However the price difference would be more pronounced as Classic and Figo will come with discounts, whereas ES (being newly launched) will probably sell at the sticker price.

It will be tad higher then 120 both diesel and petrol models . This is what I feel , further it will have 90% localization . The fiesta only has 50% that to adds in its price .

I too agree, I feel the ES price will be between fiesta classic and global fiesta. But then it is in par with duster. Then its gets interesting, only time will tell how people compare ES to duster. I think only attraction with ES may come down to the "features" attached and may be 'Ford' service.
