COVID:19 – PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE!

All of us would have got common cold and sneezing like symptoms in our life time and the Virus family is bigger, have more than 100 kith and kin. Every one of them are individual strain and can cause such symptoms any other times. That’s why no Vaccine for common cold so far.

Corona is a family name and it is a part of the family that causes Common Cold / Flu like diseases. Unfortunately, it is more aggressive than any other family members.

The problem with viral diseases, they are very adoptive, becoming more virulent the more we try to resist and exploit the environment.

They are not poison to kill everyone, but they can cause respiratory trouble and can cause respiratory failure in a very weak human lung.

The need of the hour is to build much resistant by taking care of our health by healthy food (Good Protein, Vitamin C, avoid cold items) good rest and sleep, avoiding stress and unnecessary public exposure. Also Don’t forget to wash your hands with soap (Normal) Or Alcoholic Sanitizers as simple house hold antiseptics and sanitizers can’t dissolve their fatty cover & kill them.
