By the way,all the price include a 17% VAT, and we have to pay another 10% vehicle purchase tax to the country(maybe Indian people didn't have to pay it),and about 10% insurances etc.

In India, VAT is included in the ex showroom price. Also excise duty is included in it. It is less(probably 12 %of the manufacturing cost) for sub 4 metres long cars (probably 24%) and We have to pay 7 %registration tax, minimum 3 %insurance, 2 %LBT (Local body tax).

Completed 2nd Year/20,000 KM service for my SAIL UVA Petrol today. The total bill came around ~3500/-. Parts / Consumable changed: 1) Engine oil 2) Oil filter 3) Air Filter 4) Brake oil. They adjusted the power windows, clutch pedal. Next service is scheduled after 1 year/ @ 30,000 KM.

Pretty cheap i must say. :-)

why chevy is loosing market in india?
they need good products.it does not matter how much money they invest.
why can't they get chevy equinox and price it under 18 lacks and good diesel engine???
