Compleated the 4the service @900km (clap )
Things done :
Battery water top up
Brakes adjusted
Spark plug cleaned (according to mech this should be giving milage of 55+)
Kick cover opened cleaned & oiled
Oil changed Rs.525
Water wash
So far happy with the scoot.

They did all the above, including the oil change, they use TVS brand synthetic oil. I think it's a fair deal, don't know what other competitors charge.

Sir can you share the bill copy of your last paid service.Engine oil that is changed in jupiter is 900ml of which 700 ml is poured into the engine compartment and 200ml is for gearbox.Tvs engine oil's rates are 275/- per bottle which is of 900ML.
Do share the details of your bill for what they charged you 525/-.

Second service bill of my Jupiter will give you an idea:

3M supplement OIL: Rs 115 (This is filled in the petrol tank in front of you post servicing)
Consumable: Rs 48 (Battery terminal spray)
Socket Mobile charger: 141.33
TVS TRU4 Premium 10W30 Engine Oil: 244.44

Service Tax: Rs 70.00 (Rounded off)

3M Paint Protection: Rs 110

Total Rs 730

Am I charged too much? [confused]

Is the 4th service a paid service? As I remember paying 279 for oil change for first service.
Am I missing something? The owner of the dealership is known to me, so I doubt a trick here.

Hey guys, can you tell me how much would a Jupiter cost in Bangalore? I went to a showroom today in HSR and he said the pricing is 64k without accessories.

Congratulations! Great choice, I do own Nov 2015 model same color. Its a complete peace of mind machine. Its a workhorse. I am using it for my daily small city trips & even twice I have done 350+ km ride on it without any hassle. Once from Mumbai to Pune return trip & once from Mumbai to Ratnagiri. Its easy on wallet too.

Thanks @Kiran, its indeed a workhorse, and very easy on the pocket, just fill it and forget, my current ODO reading is 2606km.

Nanofreak, how is your jupiter running.Sorry for not dropping in lately.Did you asked for the sealed bottle 900ml or they added from their stored tank, either of it is allowed but i always prefer getting the sealed bottles to be poured in.Costs same and usually they would ask you not to buy its same and all.
My drive is running perfectly and doing its job well.Stands at 32k kms.

@Rahul, there is no need for any supplements tobe added and also paint protection as they say is just a polisher which too i dont think is of any help or need.These are the tactics to get more out of your pockets.If you really want to get the scooter pepped up visit the 3M service centres for more options.

Looks like the newly introduced TVS FS oil costs around 500. I was also charged around 525 for the oil change of my Wego.

Those white and red stickers look cool!
How's your Jupiter doing? My Wego gave some minor problems like accl cable getting snapped for numerous times, HL switch got damaged, indicator buzzer sound not coming, etc. Only one major problem, rectifier coil went kaput. But the engine department is fully smooth. No problems/flaws.
I hope you are enjoying the scooter's sheer riding comfort.

I think it was a sealed bottle @Vijay, you have covered a good distance on your Jupiter.

Thanks @RVSB, my jupiter is doing fine, and am enjoying the ride, no issues at all. Hope your Wego niggles are sorted.
