confusions galore
help me guys!

new S4 cdma : 35k
new HTC one cdma : 35k
mint S3 cdma : 18k
used S3 cdma : 16.5k

am thinking of going for mint S3, what say guys
Sir,go for One.One has better body chassis.Or else,go for S4 for its features like Air gesture,Android JB 4.2.2.It seems 2013 seems to be gadgetic year for me due to iPad,Galaxy Grand and another iPhone and Nitin_k due to his P3100 Tab and his Xperia Z tab. And,we are gonna buy newer phone for mom.As I m using iPhone 4,mom needs newer phone.Budget-40K.But,we don't want to end up buying another Galaxy Grand and another Rs.20K phone.Thinked about Note 2.But,mom hates big looks of Note II.Planning to go for S4,HTC One,Xperia Z,iPhone 5,Lumia 920 and HTC One X+.

S3 by no means is a slow phone buddy.

plus you have the tabs with you, so it does not make sense to buy another tab like phablet.

get an S3, use it for 2 years max and then shift to S5 or S6 of the train coach [;)]
agree, either it has to be S3 or HTC one, S4 is out of question now.

lets see what i end up with. had i not purchased the XTZ, i would not have thought twice, cant keep on wasting money on gadgets which have a life of one year :(

for you mom, get her a decent 4.3" to 5" phone. note 2 is seriously big.

its raining discounts, hard to understand though, maybe they have stocks coz as of today with $ touching 60 plus 3/4 Rs which customs charge, new imports are going to be a costly affair.

seems this is best time to buy a mobile coz the effect of exchange rate will be felt in coming weeks.

sirjee do u read what i write, i need a cdma handset plus i do not want a phone where there is no expandable memory.

my pc does not recognise my droid razr inspite of trying everything, including universal adb drivers + ones by kaushik etc etc. atleast i can remove the memory card and install whatever i want.

also if you damage your phone, at least your data is safe in the memory card. i may be from the old school of thought but i will never buy a handset with no memory expandable option even if it operates at the speed of light.

Huawei CEO: since the S4 is a 'so-so smartphone' and Apple is 'slipping,' we can be third by 2015

We want to provide the best, most beautiful, slimmest smartphone – this one [Galaxy S4] is much thicker. We’re not made of plastic. In the high tier, if you have huge money to spend on marketing and branding, like Samsung, then everyone will buy that. We don’t have so much money to do marketing and branding so we have to make our products better.

The best smartphone in the past was from Nokia, then from Apple, then from Samsung. And who is number one? The industry is so dynamic – no matter how successful you are, if you’re currently number one, doesn’t mean tomorrow you’ll be number one. Samsung, they have such huge money – if you invest in marketing and branding then people will always buy no matter how good the products are. The Samsung Galaxy S4 is just a so-so smartphone...

In its latest update, Apple makes the phone extremely simple to use. But if we are just learning from them we can’t catch up, because they are now slipping. We want to go higher than them...

We have a good relationship with Google. We want Android to be more user friendly, so we have made a lot of enhancements.

Google is good for an engineer but it’s not good for the consumer. It’s a little bit too complicated.

HTC might be looking to capitalize on its excellent One flagship, by releasing a version for Windows Phone fans, alleged insider has tipped. The handset will again sport a screen between four and five inches, but won't be identical to its Android sibling.

Of course, metal chassis, Beats Audio and we'd wager to guess an UltraPixel camera will be part of the equation, and the Windows Phone 8 handset is expected to be announced in the fall and hit retail for the holidays, carrying Microsoft's newest mobile OS update, which should have arrived by then.

HTC One Windows Phone 8 reincarnation due in the fall, tip sources
