Well I am thinking of changing the AVN for my Honda City VX and got the quote of 30k for the Map My India one.It is dvd compatible and fully touch with navigation.So shall I go for it or look for options.Other option is caska unit and quote for that is 54k but I don't like that one as heard negative feedback for it.I got both of these quotes from dealer itself so warranty won't get void.
So let me know what to do and which one to go for.

I recently purchased Sun shades for my Honda City 2014 model. I got them on ebay for 1500/- for all 4 windows and I would like to recommend it. It is noticeable effective in reducing the cabin heat. Attaching 2 photos for everyones reference.

I just got a new quote from honda for caska head unit for 46k....I think I will go with this unit and the unit is Caska Coat382 Q5.I checked the video on you tube for this model and it seems good.Still If u guys can give any suggestion then please suggest what to do.

46k is a good price but the caska set has some serious features lacking for the price its offering
There is no specifications anywhere in detail
I dont think there is no HDMI input and No MHL No Mirror Link
No mkv support
No h264 codec support (???)
Only advantage is seamless integration into dashboard and amlost plug and play installation ,works seamlessly with oem steering remote and TPMS and Parking sensors too.
But I read in other forums that GUI has serious problems and it lags very much and giving problems
My self planning to get a pioneer system or a sony HU along with dashboard replacement panel. I got quotes around 32-36k for pioneer and 28k for sony 712BT.
I need to buy reverse camera,parking sensors and steering remote adapter,
I can do navigation from my samsung s5 using MHL.
I am planning to change to OEM speakers too, front components JBL or Hertz and alpine

Try to get manual for that caska HU,then we can find codec support and other specs and inputs and output connections
Did u ask for other 2din HUs and facepanel ,
2din players from Pioneer and Sony or JVC will have better quality and they are trouble free for longer use
I am using JVC 2 DIN touch screen player in my ritz since 2009,its runs very fine.,
Branded players are more trouble free and we can sleep with peaceful mind

Well they are only providing Caska as after market I can get any branded HU but will void the warranty.other option honda was giving for Map my India but fitment won't be proper as per them.So I am thinking to go with Caska only.
I will ask for the manual pictures tomorrow but what functions are you looking for as I can ask them directly about that.

Have you tried any local car market or any other place ? If it's direct plug and play why do you want to go with the dealer ? You can easily save a lot of money if you can source from some other place.

I havn't tried any after market HU yet but will do tomorrow itself.Suggest me something which can easily fit in new honda city and which has all features in it.

You'll have to go to the market and check with the dealers. Best is go to motor concepts near moti nagar. I have heard lots of good things about ICE upgrades. They'll recommend what would be the best for you and maybe get you the same caska unit at a lower price.
