Here are some more pictures missed in the earlier post.

This is the point from where British Officer John Smith observed the hidden caves for the first time during a hunting trip (paving the way for a great discovery - Ajanta caves were hidden for more than 1000 years and thus survived many invasions.

This point is 30 km away by road from Ajanta caves.

Painting of a bull with 3D eye. (sorry for picture clarity. Its blurred and shaky because of the darkness inside the cave and rush of people pushing each other on a crowded holiday.

act of irresponsibility - some body throwing an empty plastic bottle.

Thanks Appu [:)]

More pictures are getting ready (downsizing to less than 1 MB) for upload. Also there are Ajanta pictures.

Yes they are a must visit for any traveller.

Also, when you are there, do not avoid caves which are unfinished (as normally advised by the guides) since they give us a real idea of the actual work and effort.

Definitely autosafari & i will get some advice from you also[;)]

Nice pics Auto Safari.

Good to see such paintings have last long after so many years.

So sad to see such idiots , i cant digest myself seeing that guy throwing a pet bottle amidst lush greens.

What i do when in car is keep a trash bag handy and never throw it on highway.
When we stop for a break, i make sure it is thrown at a dust bin.
