Ask them to take one of them and keep over the current wheel. Look them from bit far. Sometimes the one looks better on shop may not go well with Dzire.

When i went for tyre changing, he showed few designs and kept them near car wheel. It looked great. But, I didnt want to invest as my credit card touched the limit during that time [lol]

I was planning something similar in my mind. But want to invest in an alloys and good DRLs. I doubt if the local shops in Trivandrum can provide me with these many varieties of Neo alloys.

Hi Sankar,

Kudos [clap]; I would choose the Neo Vertigo black alloys; I know it looked awesome with Swift. Recently I also saw a white rim with lights; I wouldn't choose lights, think its little crazy and expensive also.

BTW, I saw your note on the seat covers; I already had gSports art leather (8.5 k INR) on my seats at the time of delivery. I was more concerned on unavailability of MGA steering leather cover in Bangalore; any ideas?

My next mods will be with alloy and JBL speakers and HU. I am closely following this thread but also avoiding to spend any penny for another 6 months. With this much detailing I can make my choices wisely. Please put DRLs and post pictures; that would really give a classy look.

All Swift / Dzire owners,

After about 20 days with nearly 2k kms done; I have a question. I felt that the car turns more with a little steering movement at speeds exceeding 50 kms/h. This I feel comparing with my friend's Liva. I am not sure if it is only me or all Swift / DZires behave the same. Anybody who can put more light on it; or, I am asking to check from the Maruti service experts; thanks in advance.

Attribute it to the EPS which Dzire has got. Same is problem with Honda City at high speeds.

Cars with HPS have heavy steering and will be tighter in high speeds.

Nice choice of alloy wheels. Vertigo also caught my attention. In between aren't you also planning to change to alloy wheels. Neo has some awesome collection of alloys in 14in diameter. Don't go for MGA steering covers. If you look at my steering grip i have put original leather steering grip which costly 900rs only and the quality is also very good. Do check out some accessories shop in your city.

On HU and speakers do let me know your budget and i shall propose some good HU and speaker combinations. I have been collecting info on in car entertainment for the past 6 months for my car.[lol]

Manjax your car currently have Old generation swift's front grill. You need to replace the front grill with Old generation Dzire front grill. Grill costs 400rs only. 4 chrome strips in the grill combined plus suzuki's emblem costs another 400Rs so total cost for grill will come at 800-900rs only. Please change the grill to make the car look like a original Dzire...[:)]

Hi All,

What are the differences between DC type HID kits and AC type HID kits? Which one is better? I am planning to change my fog lamps to 8000k HID kit. The fog lamp has H11 type bulb. :please:
