Yours is rather new and has gone only 1st service bro, thats why its less. After each service, the mileage increases. But dont forget my tips, best for highway!

Thank You friends and bro, I don't know which tires will give you such looks, but these are 17inch tires and I have also increased the size of the wheel arches for them. And this has compromised a small portion of the rear doors and using such huge tires will affect ride! Its best for modification though!
ya 17" looks good but it may create problems when it concerned to side wall touching, turning radius, and GC. so we need to check whether we can opt for 16" wheel and tires which combined fits well in the gap and also provides the looks as in your pictures.

First Service Done!
Total run: 1200km
on Tuesday I got a call from Maruti customer care and they asked me whether they can block the appointment for 1st service tomorrow or not.
I said ok, but when I went I found that there is no such thing, it is just 1st come 1st serve[lol]

Total Service cost: 5300/- :suspect:
break up:
Mobil synthetic 0-40: 3300/-
oil filter: 360/-
underbody silencer rust free coating :850 (they said, it is life time)
service TAX: around 500/-

issues after 1st service:
  • Channel 2 button of music system got jammed and there is no control on any other buttons.
  • Steering mounted Controls were not working.
  • Now I'm finding some dhat dhat sound when I release brakes, is this because they cleaned under chassis of my car?
cause for above: poor cleaning facility, they dont even clean your dash board instead they touch your dash with oily hands and make it black.
there was some mud particles so the button is got jammed,
I had to take back my car again to service yard to get it fixed.

Engine: Engine feels much refined and less nosier now but I yet to discovery if there are any FE improvements.

Service done: they did nothing but a partial car wash, 1st service is no useful if you dont change the oil or if you have nothing to complain.
Almost same feeling when I took my car from 2nd service too. Exterior was washed decently. But they dirtied interior very badly from dashboard to seats to door pads and they hadn't cleared waste etc that was lying inside. Asked them to clean it thoroughly in front of my eyes. Looks like MASS has become complacent. Need to wake them up.

Post a message in Maruti Ertiga facebook page with details of dealer and service deficiencies, which gets logged as complaint. I did The service manager came to my home to understand the issues, provided rectifications and also offered to take it again to service center for remediation. I denied promptly.

But looks like if we log a post, we need to provide an email or some form confirmation back to dealer that it was rectified satisfactorily which they send back to Maruti. Based on the kind of urgency they showed, looks like such complaints are taken seriously by Maruti. However not sure if they take any corrective measures.

Worst part is they even made a noticeable scratch on my 2nd row door(right) to all the way down to tail lamp, my bad luck I didnt see it at the time I took my car back, now I'm in a bad mood. [anger]

Suraksha car care is located in E-City. As I know they have the best customer satisfaction index.

Then I believe, stick to your regular service center with same supervisor. It helps, I always prefer the same supervisor who takes care of my car. I believe, car and their service supervisor should have a bonding :).
