Are you sure? I just started playing it and its plain boring! The graphics are so poor and the game is just about racing that's it , no storyline at all! The only saving grace is the cars , all the super exotics have been added to this game!
hmm that's what i also hearing its just burnout with name tag of NFS . Still i haven't tried it yet .
but still no underground 3 from NFS . i really liked UG 1 and 2 .
they will release it next year . i didn't liked shift atleast pro street was better IMO
Just finished playing NFS Hot Pursuit last week. This is just the same like the previous Hot pursuit versions with newer and better cars. You get a whole lot of latest cars to choose from. You can play both as racer and also as cop , i finished playing as both and found playing as cop is more interesting since you have to use road-blocks , call helicopter support and use spike strips to stop the racers! Here this time the cops also get all the powerful cars like Lambo's and Veyron's! But we as racers also can use spike strips to stop the cops!
The thing i liked most was in cars like Veyron and SLS AMG the spoiler adjusts itself according to the speed of the car. Slow down and the spoiler goes inside , speed upto 150kmph and the spoiler comes out again. Go more than 300kmph and the spoiler takes a different shape.
Overall just an average game and hard-core NFS fans will like it only for the wide range of cars available. My rating 6.5/10!

The most disappointing thing i heard was it does not have cabin view.
I am deciding to which game to buy - NFS HP or Microsoft Flight Simulator X...

I like cabin view in all games. gives that realistic feel. and i like playing it HARD!
i played NFS Hot Pursuit yday for a bit. One word- AWESOME!!! it is sooo realistic!!
