@ dhaya: easy steps to install:

1) go to steampowered.com & install Steam from there & not from the CD. it will update quickly.
2) Once Steam is installed & updated, insert CD & install the game.
3) make sure you have enough space in C drive. (5 GB). if not, go to the above website & click on FAQ. there it is mentioned how to change the destination drive. (Phew!)
4) once that happens, steam will again update! check in settings of steam that your internet speed is set at maximum, update will be faster.

5) after all this, switch off the modem & start Mafia II. it will say connection not possible & give you the option of starting game in "offline" mode, click on that!

Yes yes i have seen the game , my brother finished the game in his Xbox 360 long time back! I like the way the have given importance to car physics , like driving in the snow is really difficult!

Am looking forward to start playing this game soon.

looking at mafia II snapshot reminds me of Max Payne. I loved this game, especially its music. Been long time I have played that.

Oh yes the interiors remind slightly of Max Payne but graphics are way better than Max Payne!

Gameplay is something similar to NFS Shift and the menu and stuff resembles Dirt!

Finished playing Kane and Lynch 2 Dog days yesterdays! Not a very good game , the graphics quality is poor and the storyline is what happens in a single day. A very short game too , i started playing it at 4PM yesterday and finished it around 9:30PM in the night! Not a game worth spending 500 bucks , stay away from this! My rating 2/5!


Now only i have started playing Mafia2!

Kane and Lynch are the names of the characters involved in the game! Okay since you asked , the story is like you and your friend go to China for an arms deal. You and your friend do some stupid mistakes and land up in trouble. The entire mob and police in China are after you and you will have to fight your way out of China. This is the story in a nut-shell.

Started playing Mafia 2.

Awesome gameplay & graphics.

Even F1 2010 is mind blowing.

Cars are ultra real & hanling is exceptional :)

Finished Mafia2 a few weeks before and finished Call of Duty Black Ops today.


Mafia2 is amazing! Great storyline , graphics , gameplay. The car detailing is amazing and the tyre noise varies too depending upon the roads you travel! Its right up there along with GTAIV but the game is too short! I finished it in just 9 hours of gameplay where as GTAIV takes atleast 22 hours to finish it. But still an amazing game and must play for game fanatics! My rating is 8/10.


Call of duty black ops just like FPS games and the previous COD editions. Graphics are not great , but gameplay and storyline is good. At first i was bored but it created an interest in me the subsequent days to play the game. But again this is again a short game , i finished it in 2 days! My rating is 7/10.


Now cant wait to play NFS Hot pursuit 2010!
