I guess there is no need of Poll for location.

myself with some Chennai members will be visiting the venue on some weekends and will finalize the place. The place will be convenient to everyone and it will not be an as usual place.

As we discussed, it will be an exotic place and the drive will be an adventures drive

Due to some unavoidable circumstances, we are postponeing the meet to Feb 1.

I had a word with members and texted them about the meet date.

Hope Feb 1 will be more convenient to everyone.

Due to some unavoidable circumstances, we are postponeing the meet to Feb 1.

I've created an event on forum calendar informing the same. It'll appear on forum homepage a day prior. You (and organizers of other meets) can do same as well to spread more awareness about the upcoming meets in future. I know some of us are also waiting for update on Plant Tour; we'll update in a while with final plan.

Well, it's been a while since I last updated.

Expecting few more members to confirm their presence by End of this week.

Tentative Agenda for the meet(Feb 1):
1. Assembling at Bessy Beach - 7:00am Sharp(Photoshoot and Breakfast)
2. Heading to Thiruvanmayur Beach - 9:00am(Photoshoot)
3. Heading to Mahabs in ECR with a BIG convoy - 10:00am
4. Lunch at Mahabs - 12:00pm - 2:00pm
5. Post Lunch - #offroading, #Beach, #Fun, #photoshoot, #Discussion about cars - till 5:00pm
6. Bidding-Adieu to each other after a Hot Tea - 5:30pm
