none of my friends got it [lol]

it's that plastic which pops "bubble wrap". when you do some packing you cover the object with this plastic to save it from breaking.

and when you get this plastic you will pop all of the holes [:D] and that guy is working in the factory which makes bubble wrap resisting himself to pop.

[lol]. I thought so, but was not sure. And I am sure he might have his share of luck to pop the holes when no one seeing around. [lol]
