Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 launched in India

The Redmi Note 9 features a 6.53-inch FHD+ LCD screen with Gorilla Glass 5 protection. There is no high-refresh-rate. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 and will be available in two storage variants of 4GB/64GB, and 6GB/128GB. There is a dedicated micro-SD card slot that will take a memory card up to 512GB.

The Redmi Note 9 will cost you Rs 11,999 for the 4GB/64GB variant and Rs 14,999 for the 6GB/128GB variant The first sale will be on July 24 on Mi.com and Amazon India, as well as offline in Mi stores and other stores.

OnePlus has launched its new smartphone in India named OnePlus Nord. This phone has a 6.44 inch Full HD Plus Fluid Amoled display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The phone will get up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. Qualcomm's Octacore Snapdragon 765G processor has been given in the phone. The phone also has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The price of 128 GB storage variant with 8 GB RAM is Rs 27,999 and 256 GB storage variant with 12 GB RAM is priced at Rs 29,999.

Asus ROG Phone 3 launched in India, price starts at Rs 49,999

The ROG Phone 3 features almost all high-end parts out there. It sports a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and FHD+ (2,340×1,080 pixels) resolution. The display comes with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ certification, 270Hz touch sampling rate, and 25ms touch latency. Lenovo Legion gaming phone launched with top-notch specs

The Lenovo Legion Duel gaming phone ships with a 6.65-inch AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate. It offers dual speakers and 240Hz touch sampling. The side-mounted 20-megapixel selfie camera is said to offer users an uninterrupted display experience. It has been added for recording commentary during gaming sessions. The smartphone also comes with a built-in fingerprint reader, pressure-sensitive side triggers, and 4 mics for optimal sound recording.

Realme 6i launched in India with MediaTek Helio G90T

The Realme 6i features a 6.5-inch LCD display panel. The screen supports 90Hz refresh rate like the Realme 6 and will also have an auto switch functionality that will let the phone automatically toggle between the default 60Hz and higher 90Hz as and when required. The screen is also protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass. The rest of the Realme 6i’s design closely resembles the Realme 6 including the side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the power button.

The Realme 6i is priced at Rs 12,999 for the 4GB/64GB variant and Rs 14,999 for the 6/64GB variant. The company will be selling the phone on the Realme website and Flipkart starting July 31, 2020.

Samsung Galaxy M01 Core launched at Rs 5,499: Entry-level Android Go smartphone and more

The Galaxy M01 Core features a 5.3-inch PLS display panel with HD+ display resolution and 18.5:9 aspect ratio. Vivo Y51s launched with 5G Samsung processor

The Vivo Y51s comes with a 6.53-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels. The screen gets 90.72 percent screen-to-body ratio. Internally, it packs a processor from Samsung – the octa-core Exynos 880 processor coupled with ARM Mali-G76 MP5 GPU. The handset is backed 6GB of RAM and offers 128GB (UFS 2.1) storage, expandable up to 256GB memory via MicroSD card.

In terms of operating system, this Vivo phone also offers Android 10 with Funtouch OS 10.5. For optics, the Vivo Y51s packs a quad-camera system at the back. Nubia Red Magic 5S features 6.65-inches full HD+ AMOLED display with 1080 × 2340 pixels resolution, 144Hz refresh rate and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Samsung M31s with 6,000mAh battery, Infinity-O display launched in India at Rs. 19,499

The Galaxy M31s is powered by the Exynos 9611 SoC paired with either 6GB or 8GB RAM. Onboard is a 6,000mAh battery with support for reverse charging as well as 25W fast charging. The device also has a 6.5-inch full HD+ sAMOLED display with a maximum brightness of 420 Nits. OPPO Reno4 Pro launched in India with an ultra light body, Snapdragon 720G, & 65W Fast Charging

The 6.5-inch display features 3D curved glass on top (officially marketed as the 3D Borderless Sense Screen) with a screen curvature of 55.9 degrees. The panel supports 90Hz refresh rate and up to 180Hz touch sampling rate. The screen should do pretty well under direct sunlight too as it brightens to as much as 800 nits, with a peak partial brightness as high as 1100 nits. The display gets TÜV Rhineland Full Care Display Certification and OPPO confirms that the phone is certified for Widevine L1, so streaming HD videos on Netflix or Amazon Prime shouldn’t be a worry.

Under the hood, the OPPO Reno4 Pro Indian variant comes with Snapdragon 720G. This is where things get a little disappointing, especially considering how the Chinese variant features Snapdragon 765G. The 720G chip is no slouch, but for a phone that’s priced well over Rs. 30,000, this chip might feel a bit underpowered. You also get 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage onboard.

The Honor 9A features a 6.3-inch display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. There is also a waterdrop notch for the front camera. Under the hood, it has a MediaTek Helio P22 SoC, 3GB of RAM, and 64GB expandable storage along with a dedicated MicroSD card slot supporting upto 512GB. There is a 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel super-wide-angle + 2-megapixel depth camera and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. It packs a 5,000mAh battery and a fingerprint sensor on the back. Google Pixel 4a, Pixel 4a 5G, Pixel 5 announced after months of wait

The Pixel 4a (made up of polycarbonate) comes with a punch-hole display and a square-shaped rear camera module. It features a bigger 5.81-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a punch-hole and support for HDR and Pixel's proprietary Always-on-Display feature. It is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor with Adreno 618 GPU and Titan M module for security. It comes equipped with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which has been doubled as compared to the Pixel 3a.

On the camera front, the Pixel 4a features a single 12.2MP rear camera, much like the Pixel 3a. The rear camera sensor is placed along with an LED flash in a small square-shaped module in the top left corner, much like the Pixel 4 series. The rear camera supports OIS, EIS, Auto-focus with dual-pixel phase detection, and even the portrait mode. The front camera stands at 8MP with support for fixed focus.

The smartphone gets its fuel from a 3,140mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging adaptor and runs stock Android 10 with new Google Assistant with Lens.
